Hi Moonbutter,

Ive been with a Crab.
We were together for almost 2 years, even worked together.
At first it was great, he was very into me and we had great moments, but at the end, i started seeing some bitterness in him that turned me off big time.
It was like he couldnt get rid of his pass.
Im, as a good gem, very adventurous and he was always playing safe.
After all, the boredom took over the relationship and when i started to try new things, we felt off.
before i knew it, he was talking again with his ex and soon after he broke up with me to go back with her.

That was a long time ago, we never ever spoke again, which i dont undestand. Its like if i did something to him that im not aware off.

Hi Gems, Just curious...Any of you had a relationship with a Crab? How did it turn out/what happened? Also, what are your/their placements? Gem men seem to be the only ones who keep me interested long term since I need a strong mental connection and love to banter 🙂

My son's father is a Cancer. I broke it off. Boring as heck. Not interesting.. mm. .. more like stick in the mud type of boring. Good hearted, but boring and stubborn and way to sensitive for my likings. Although my Capricorn man had his moon in Cancer and my mars is in Cancer, I would Never date a guy with Sun in Cancer again. Big no no for me personally

Absolutely! You guys are very good humans though and very loving and loyal too. It's just a Gem cannot be with a Cancer.. unless they are watered down, to each his own though 🙂

Thanks Geminieyevixen! I agree though, there has to be certain aspects that are more watered in the guy's chart and some air in the girl's chart for it to be good match.

Hi Moonbutter,

i've had a relationship with two cancers. they both had hugh crushes on me. to make a long story short, quick and to the point, let's just say gemini man and cancer lady aren't a good pair. for me they were toooooooooo emotional. and sorry to say this but the sex was boring. for realz. they cry so much. and i can't deal with that. i'm not good at giving women emotional support. they take everything to heart. i tend to notice both of the cancer lady's i been with can't take geminis playful wits.

unless you can find a watery gemini man then they'll be best for each other. and even as watery as my chart is (cancer stellium) i still can't see me in a relationship with cancer women. i think we'll be better off as good friends.

Hi AirMan, thank you for insightful wisdom and shared experience. I agree with you about general Cancer woman and Gemini woman, however I have mostly fire in my chart with Mars gemini(3rd house) so I feel Gemini in that needing mental stimulation. Also, the Gem I have been in love with has Cancer venus and mercury so for a Gem he is very sensitive. My ex had a lot of Gemini and Scorpio Mars(let me tell you he never complain about sex, ok Anyway, I think overall Cancer can be boring or freak...luck of the draw

Female.

First cancer was my friend.

Second cancer was a fling.
I enjoyed every bit of it, for what it was.
His voice was like the ocean floor. Deep, powerful and beautiful.
His abs.. lawrd.. his abs. It's like touching earth for the first time.
He smelled good. The soft kind, but sends a strong message
throughout your body.
He would have that side smirk while he stared right through me.
I felt like I was melting or I stepped in quick sand.
From the palm of his hands to the tip of his fingers, a godly quality.
The way he would kiss me, it did felt like the motion of the ocean.
I was intimidated by him, because I thought I wasn't able
to please him the way he pleased me.
I think we enjoyed the age difference.

Oh wow...I can't say any guy made me feel all that...although Gem has come really close! Are you a romance novelist by chance? Perhaps submit script for the '50 shades of grey' sequal...lol seriously!

The connection with the Cancer was purely physical. I felt like he was the master and I was his student. He wanted to part my red sea. The plan was intercepted, it wasn't the right staff.

Every relationship had something different from the previous and the next.

Overall experience, they are great and quite daring. The connection felt natural.

Um well then...I see...you certainly have a way with words! So nothing really happened beyond kissing?

Ok...I have to know xrafiki...what do you do for work(if you ok w/answering) You are quite uniquely intelligent and talented with writing.

I only take writing as a hobby.

It's a form of exercise sometimes, releasing that pent up energy.

Hobby today...career tomorrow! Mark my words. Did you ever see the JK Rawling documentary? Very inspiring, indeed.

Moonbutter placements are as follows:

Rising-Aries-Great for intimidation
Sun-Cancer-Am i laughing or crying? omg both
Mars-Gemini-Used for mind-fucking peeps(duh!)
Mercury-Cancer-I might as well cry when trying to speak logically ;/
Moon-Sagittarius-Thank God, thank God!
Venus-Leo-If not for Cancer I would be a pole grinder

Leo in Venus...I am a flirt, need to be proud of my partner, for ex: career, talent, etc.I'm going to say I have a bit of a problem with exhibitionism which I thank Leo Venus for.

Wait until you figure out that they are very eloquent, yet lack substance when it comes to application. Never.Gonna.Happen.

Reciting someone else as fact, when in fact that it's just a baby bird eating from an original source (that fear keeps them from seeking), is not worthy of your time. It's a constant, not a theory.

Thanks GeminiMind I have discovered their mental gymnastics, and I welcome the challenge. If you are saying they don't go deep enough...maybe I agree...

I'm like you, I use to enjoy those gyms, but quickly realized that nothing that they say is applicable. I mean, practice what you preach, and when called out on your inconsistencies don't go hiding in a closet and come out 3 days later talking to me about revelation. Shut the fuck up! Ya dig?

I agree GeminiMind...but aren't you a Gemini yourself? Are you saying other Gems, but you are not like that? I understand why though with the dual minds...not exactly breeds consistency haha

erm...I think your example is not only a gemini thing. Young men who are not in tune with their needs are just babbling about things (wishful thinking) which they crave but they think they will not get. consciously they are 'not ready' for the thing and are not mature enough. Opportunity given, they go back hiding in the closet, and then start the whole process again, till they are strong enough to bear their own 'success'.
I dunno but this is a psycho thing related to human minds, childhood experiences, self-expression, self-esteem and values.

When you say not mature enough? How old you talking about? My ex Gem is 30 and still acting this way :/
