New here-have a question

Hello, I've come here a few times and enjoy reading everyone's posts. I haven't posted yet before but thought I would go ahead and give it a try. Mostly I just have a question for you Gemini's to see what you're opinion is about this. This is kind of silly but I don't know, I'm still going to go through with posting it.

There's this Gemini guy I work with, and have for a couple years, that I use to like and don't really like anymore. It started out that he seemed interested in me but then that just kind of fizzled out. The thing that annoys me the most about him is he's not real personable so he never, ever has shown any interest in talking outside of saying "hello". That's all he ever says "Hello" or "Howdy"...for 2 years, that's it "Hello".

I've tried talking to him, getting conversation going and he just kind of blows me off, making it clear he doesn't want to talk. So I just gave up and decided to leave him alone and ignore him, but when I walk by and don't look at him, he still says "Hi" as if he insists we say hi to each other. I've wondered if he just doesn't like being ignored, I don't know. But I'm at the point now where I'm just not going to say "Hi" back anymore.

It's like a vicious cycle, I get to the point where I think he is okay with me and he's okay with me talking to him, so I try and he still gets weirded out by it. So I back off and give up but then he does that "Hello" thing again like he can't stand us not saying hi to each other...grrr!

That's it! I quit...no more "Hello's, Hi's or howdy's" from me. What I wonder though is how would he take it if I just ignored him completely and didn't say hi back at all. Just walked by like I don't see him or hear him. You all who are Gemini's how would you take it if someone did this to you? Would you just be like "Oh, okay, don't want to say hi, that's fine"? Or would it amuse you in some sick way..no offense, I've known some Gemini's in my past. Or would it bother you and want that person's attention even more.

I guess I just want to get an idea of what to expect. It's not that I don't want to stop saying hi, it's all kind of silly thinking of it that way. It's just when I do try to talk to him and it doesn't go over well, it hurts my feelings, I guess I take it personally. I just can't take it anymore. What's the point of just saying hi to someone all the time if nothing else is ever said anyway?

Maybe he's just the kind of guy who thinks it's polite to say "Hello", each morning before going about his own business.

This is what I think the problem is:

Unfortunately, he simply lost interest. Many Geminis are often attracted to new people but will eventually start losing interest the more they see your face on daily basis especially if they failed at finding what is interesting about you from the start.

If you don't say hi back to him, he will simply think you are mad at him for something and he is likely to try to find out why.

You havent struck his interest with anything. He watches you from a far but he still hasn't talked back. You don't interests him. If you want his attention and you want him to talk to you. Trip yourself next time you walk by his desk...

Sounds stupid but you will get his attention Gemini's CARE...

Also watch him a bit see what interest's him. If your not interesting he wont be interested......

Do stupid things to stand out from the crowd He will think your stupid at first but if you seem fun and here comes that word again INTERESTING, he will want to know more...

If you read MORO's story again you will notice that he was looking at her stuff and that interested her.

Were are very curious people....

Knowedge is power and it also fights boardum.
