Cervical cancer is found via pap smear, ovarian cancer you will have symptoms or your gyn may notice during a pelvic exam, symptoms would be bleeding, missed/untimely periods or pain
Thanks guys she found a polp on my cervix but said she wasn't worried about it and if it grew bigger when I came back for my annual in December then she would just snip it off in my head I was like why not snip it off now what if it is cancerous and spreads in 2 months!
