I’m 5’8” and 150 lbs. BMI is 22.8. I’ve lost 10 lbs. since my wife passed away. But I am drinking more water now and feel a lot healthier.

5'1 120 lbs now! So down to where I was during my heavy lifting job. Body fat 26.4% according to hume so its creeping down also
I'm not doing anything new other than counting calories and trying to say no to food as often as possible
As good as something might taste, ill never regret forgoing that treat when it comes time to go onstage and see myself in the mirror looking embarrassing

I’m sure someone has probably done this thread before, but if you have taken Prozac what was your experience? How long did you stay on it? What did you like or dislike about it? Did you take it at morning or night?
