I think you better grab and chair and sit down. Cus it's a long story. I believe it all started way back in 1995 when I was just 23. It just got worse over the course of a few years. Just wasn't as bad then like it is now. I think it's a number of reasons why my back is permanently damaged. One I know is because of weightlifting (heavy weights) two is because of the significant amount of years lifting heavy shit improperly and three for riding too many women using the lower back. Wait, I'm only kidding about that 3rd one. But yeah I'm fairly sure all those things contribute to a damaged back. Among a bunch of other stuff too I'm sure. It's something that'll catch up to you as you get older. Dem old folks used to tell me I better slow down and quit lifting heavy stuff without help but me being young and stupid at the time didn't listen. Now as an adult I wish I could turn back time and listen to them old folks. They know what they talking about. I would had never in a million years thought I would someday be in that same boat those old folks was in but here I am. Some 30+ years later I'm right in it. I was very athletic, strong as an ox, incredibly super fast, energetic and everything else in between. Nobody couldn't keep up with me then. Now I'm just an old broke down has been, struggling just to walk etc. Now I find myself trying to tell these young folks keep your back healthy and don't be dumb like I was. You only got one back. And when that gone, that's it. You might as well say you're finished.

I just ran a self analyazation on myself and find the root cause of lower back pains. It's because I'm a water element in TCM. Water is associated with the bones, teeths and hair. That is why I get burnt out and fatigue so easily and fast. Fire would be my second dominant element in TCM but water is the ultimate ruler. Even the hair thing I can relate to. Water people don't have the best of hair that can also result to a not so good hairline as well. Water and fire can be hard to maintain/balance though it's a good thing water is the first dominant element in me followed by fire. Because if it was the other way around where let's say fire is my first dominant it would be a complete struggle to try to balance and calm the rampaging fire temperament with water. You may wanna seek into that yourself if you a water element.

If you could improve or cure something in your body right now, what would it be? Choose one thing and it becomes as healthy / pain free as when you were a kid lol

It could be anything. Mental health, your neck, your back pain, head aches, your teeth, even your genitalia lol

Such a Virgo mars topic I would pick my neck probably, its killing me sonetimes..

Probably just need to change your pillow game. I got a side sleeper pillow and now my neck is stronger than a 🦒. For health, I would say ankles. I've played so much basketball that, when going for a rebound, it's inevitable that you come down on someone's foot. Once you stretch the ligaments multiple times, stepping off a curb can cause you to twist your ankle.
