The point is that since it has become so easy to get people banned then everyone should be policing everyone for their verbal attacks
But the much better option is a safe space forum where people can go where only certain other posters are that they feel safe to post with and thus the people that can dish it but cannot take it can feel safe for that day

For the record, I don't believe it only takes 1 or 2 people reporting. I am fairly sure I have been reported more than that, and I have yet to be put in a time out.

Since trolling is a major feature of the site, add a "shade" button that can sit next to the "like" button. It basically can work similar to the "like" button but intended if you want to throw shade. You can even add an anonymous option.
