My first (and only) ex is back. Zachery. he has abit of emotional problems at the moment and i don't know what to exactly do to make him feel better, i gave him some advice but won't lighten up, hes just keeps saying "im not comfortable with anyone" or "idk what to write about" when i told him to write in a notebook about his feelings and to talk to someone hes comfortable with. what do i do?
Just make sure he's not trying to manipulate you in any way. You can offer suggestions here and there but don't let his sorrow consume your energy.

What should you do about what? Is there backstory that's missing here?
Really think, do you want your ex back if he has emotional problems? The unfortunate truth is that you can't fix him. He comes back again and again because you allow it. There is nothing wrong with loving a person from afar so that they can fix themselves.

High school drama sounds intense. So glad we didn't have social media and hardly anyone had mobile phones in my day. You're 16, life shouldn't be this complicated.
