I believe life only moves in one direction. They are an ex for a reason. Life goes on, so should the individual.

Mind you, I speak of a serious break up. Not we had an argument and haven't spoken in a week type deal.

I would not get back with them though once I'm over them. Like there is a grace period after a relationship ends where you have an in but if too much time has passed I have started thinking about every bad thing you've done to me or said to me and you stop existing in my world and I wish you well but I would never take an ex back once the grace period is over.

Agreed completely. I know for my most recent ex even though I was so heartbroken, I waited months and told myself that if he came back for a chance, I'd give it to him. But once I moved on, I really moved on. And didn't look back, lol.

Nope. I put my all into a relationship. If my all isn't good enough now, it won't be good enough later.
