How to Know When Someone Is Thinking of You
Feeling overwhelmed or a strange sensation in your chest when thinking of someone may indicate they are thinking of you. These feelings are often considered signs of energetic connection or telepathy, especially if they occur unexpectedly. While not scientifically proven, many believe intuition and emotional cues can signal when someone is thinking about you.

Can't say I identify with this at all. However I have had moments when I was thinking about a person and had them text/call me. It has only worked on women I was dating though.
For those who have seen my other posts with the Virgo, I did ask about this with her. We agreed this feeling was her thinking about me. Since she does not respond much, this is all I got with her at the moment. Right now I can feel her strongly as I know she is waking up from bed. If she were a LEO, she would write to me but since a Virgo, you never know.

Maybe you could try and read about chakras..it will probably be an eye opener if you havent read about it before
This is very interesting and I seem to be in the 3rd or 4th chakra.

This has happened to me only a few times....but do you believe in any of this stuff:Now, when you think about someone in a normal way, there is nothing unusual there. Then all of a sudden you feel overwhelmed like you are in a fog and you can't stop thinking about them. Now, stop for a second and focus on where you are feeling the energy. It is usually in the heart and chest area. You've had that funny feeling before. Remember. You just thought it was YOU. What is going on is that you are feeling THEIR THOUGHTS. WHAT YOU ARE FEELING IS WHAT THEY ARE THINKING AND FEELING ABOUT YOU RIGHT AT THAT MOMENT!
Yes, this happens to me quite often, but I'm also an Empath and I've barely started understanding what it entails as of the past year. It's been happening every day for me for the past two weeks. Prior to that it was still there, but not as often.

For me, this only happened 3 times with different people. It's truly awful when you want to forget someone.
I have always had the ability to think of someone not seen in long time, think of them and then hear from them within 24hrs. These are special friends and some gaps of many any months or even a year. I tend to disappear on people at some point as I move forward.
On the feeling of energy, I have one long time friend and I feel her on part of my face. This Virgo, I feel her intensely at times. I sent her the same paragraph and she confirmed to believe it and this was her. In both cases, there were very deep feeling on both sides. They are unable to feel me so they say.
oh yes, I've experienced this. Its an intense feeling in the heart and my mind felt almost desperately missing this person. Later that day, I got a msg/call from that person. The energetic connection and tie is very real.

I can't tell when someone is thinking of me but with very few people I can sense how they feel. Very rare like, this has happened with my dad and my brother.I knew when my dad passed on. That second. I just felt it... He was in a different country... and when my brother wasnt well. I just knew it. And when my granny was sick, I somehow woke up and travelled 300km and went to her place to find her almost unconscious. Idk why I feel it tho. My cousins don't experience these things.
It sounds like you have the Empath gift. Read up on it. It's about sensing energy and you could be attuned to your loved ones very strongly. The sooner you find out how to manage it, the easier it will be for you.

I don't think I'm a empathy. Honestly idk anything about these things. But yes I can sense very few people and be receptive to their energy. Sometimes it scares me... And I can sense them only if they want me to. I don't think I can do it otherwise.

Yes I’ve had this happen to me lots of times, now when it happens i laugh a little :p lol
Just means your in sync with yourself and the people around you. Could also mean you are opening up your third eye if you believe in that stuff check it out!
