I met this Leo guy six years ago in college. We started talking and grew closer overtime. He was really sweet and a good listener. He always initiated our dates, calls, texts. We worked on similar projects and shared common interests. It was all great until i found out he had been secretly engaged for 2 months.I was beyond shocked but cut my losses and moved on. So he got married but contacted me a year later to inform me his wife divorced him.Then he goes on to ask for a relationship. At this point i didn't want anything to do with him so i declined.
He has been looking for me since then. Its like he just wont listen. I want nothing to do with him.
What do i do make him disappear for good?

No, fuck that! You shouldn't need to lie about being with someone else in order to get him off your nuts. And do you honestly think he would honor your 'relationship' and back off? Really?! This is the same guy who pursued you while being engaged. If he didn't place value in his own relationship why do you think he would extend that to you. Don't be an idiot.
Tell him plain and simple that you are NOT interested and NEVER will be. Let him know that the fact that he hid his ex wife's relationship and was a deceitful little fuck killed whatever chance he may have had. Wish him well and encourage him to loose your number. Than utilize the block feature on your phone. Apply liberally to all social media.

wow - I never realized this until I saw your post - what is the deal with Leo men ? my son is a Leo and he is a really good man - never ever cheated, family oriented, treats his current wife well ... what am I missing about them - just curious ...
the problem I do see with him is that has picked the wrong woman now twice and married them and had children - and he loves them and takes good care of them but gheesh !

As for choosing the wrong partner, this is something I've come across as well. I can only assume that Leos focus too much on the superficial aspects of their partner, instead of paying attention to other factors that would determine true compatibility..
