Leo females and texting
Leos like being chased, but we also HATE texting. It's just impersonal and tedious. We choose to use texts for what it was originally designed for, short bursts of necessary information.
It's not that we won't ever text you to flirt or communicate, but we don't prefer it. Leos like to use ours animal senses when we flirt and communicate. We are very observant when we're intrigued. Texting doesn't afford us the same amount of freedom that over-the-phone or in-person interactions do.
When a Leo does initiate a text, it could be one or two for the week and usually it's to invite you our or to set plans to see you. Leos are goal oriented after all, and we'd prefer to actually see you.

I've noticed that Aries have this ability to put a lot of energy into something in short bursts. So like..they could throw fireballs seemingly out of nowhere.
But with Leos, once they put their focus on something...it goes on and and on and on..

Do Leo females not like to text first?
I am an Aries female and dating a Leo female (one date so far).
She text me right after our date last Saturday to say she had a fab time. But i still find I am mostly the one who initiates texting. When I do text her she replies very quickly and we have long conversations.
So I thought I'd leave it to her to initiate texting next and it's been nearly two days and nothing?
I take it Leo's like to be chased?
As a Leo, I hate to text. I will not initiate a text convo simply because I would rather talk to you. But I will respond right back to a text. Thing is...... most people like to text now and even though that's ok sometimes, its not all the time. Try calling her. Make her feel like you would rather hear her voice and then she'll start calling you. Texting is so blah to me. Oh and we do like to be chased.... but we like chasing as well.... if you're a good catch. Worst case scenario........ she's just not that in to you. But I wouldn't go with that just yet. Try opening up the calling method see how that works. Then check back in.

You can even say, "Hey, ask me out" or "I didn't think you'd take this long to ask me out". Leos are more willing to rise to a challenge. Being direct will let the Leo know that your interest is pretty high. On the first date last Saturday we were both still recovering from being poorly and both had coughs. She did say we should meet up again once our coughs have gone.
Also set sent me this text last night "Hope you're having a great week, nice speaking to you as always 🙂 Goodnight!! Sweet dreams."
I guess I'm just looking for signs she likes me!
Definitely not a fan of texting. Its there just set up dates, if texting goes on too long with someone I like I normally phone. If they cant talk I tell them to phone me when they are free.

I do not like to text first... even with close friends. I normally let people come to me. But if they initiate it I am quick to reply and eager about my responses. It's also tied in to the pride thing, if you want to hear from me then make it happen lol

Good and bad. Good because if a Leo feels like you're slipping away they just might turn around and put more effort in because they don't want to lose you. Bad because you might not hear from her again. Thing is.... Leos can sometimes be nice to avoid being mean. We don't like being mean. A Leo has no problem contacting first ALL THE TIME if thats what they want. Honestly, at this point just ask how she feels. This will stop all the wondering.

I think that they appear needy or boring.
I am genuinely tired or upset with something.
I get the feeling that the guy is not serious and is a player.
He flirts Too Much.
The guy reminds me of someone else who's boring or sneaky.
I want to see if he's consistent or how serious he is.
The guy gives me the feeling that he's traditional in that he believes that men should always initiate talks and only men should make the first moves.
If not for any of these reasons, I'm a chat-aholic!
