I'd not let everyone negative comments make you feel bad, Sure they aren't the nicest things to look at but a quick question? Do you love your neck being kissed,sucked, touched? Like is it a turn on spot? If so THAT is more than likely the reason to why he's leaving love bites. I had a quick fling with a leo man and I adored my neck (tbh he's the only guy that's properly turned me on from my neck) and I'd end up with HUGE love bites all over my neck. It's not nice after but during it I loved it, Now the guy I'm seeing ALWAYS encourages me to kiss,suck and nibble his neck. When I'm drunk he's covered in them (Unintentional) but when we're sober I try to place them lower down but I do it because I know he likes it, (Leo moon).
