I don't think a Leo would ever chase somebody just to go cold. Chasing for the hell of it doesn't sound very Leo-ish. Flirting yes, chasing no. Maybe I'm wrong. I shower him with compliments and gifts and then pull back. He comes back like a puppy asking for love and i just pet him enough and then go back to do my own thing. It's all about balance. You can't be too far on each side of the spectrum. Give him enough attention (not too much) so he doesn't take you for granted and when you pull back, do it so he carves the attention but doesn't feel like all is lost.
