Leo men compatibility with Aries women versus Sag women
Yeah, I agree, the dynamic is a bit different because of the houses. First and Fifth house are earlier houses, they have a more "playful" aspect, where as sag, despite the somewhat crazy nature they display from time to time, can be very wise (when they are healthy)....not to say we aren't, but my point is, they have older souls (believe it or not). They may act young, but they're ruled by jupiter...they constantly question societal norms and have a "why not?" thought process in the back of their minds, while still being very aware of societal structure and culture. Ironically, Leos can also have older souls, because they are also depicted as the sign of the father. Also, house 5 is somewhat in the middle, so developmentally there is that cross between childhood and adulthood. With that being said, I think Leos are better with Sags. Aries and Leos usually "get" each other on a friendship level and are comfortable keeping it that way. They're pretty cool to talk to, some of my friends are leos (guys/girls), very nice people, and they have the Aries' best interest. The reason I say better as friends, and I've always viewed them that way tbh, is because Aries and Leos are very similar. Leo and Sags always go on new adventures together, they understand each other, but they are SO different. Leos like being grounded, but they value expansion and like to learn- It's a good match!

I wouldn't say that itself, lots of Leo men end up with Aries women. I think Leo men naturally get with Aries women out of comfort, because it is less of a challenge. At the same time, I am going to be bold and say that a Leo man and Sag woman have lived an unfulfilled life if they have not hooked up with each other.
If you think about it, if you're a Leo then you rule the 5th house but the 5th house if you are a Leo rising is ruled by Sag. If you are a Sag, you rule the 9th house but the 9th house if you are a Sag rising is ruled by Leo.
It's just such an intense partnership on a sexual level but at the same time, it has that tension to it. I have seen Sag women get frustrated and emotionally wrecked by dating a Leo but still stay. While Sag might want to expand, Leos keep them grounded. Sexually you see it as a Leo man just laying all over his Sag babe and making sweet love to her, she realizes the value of being in one place because he keeps her in bed with him. He shows her that expansion is not just in jumping from place to place in the real world but also mentally and emotionally.

Yeah, there's a level of comfort, but Aries also doesn't like being restricted or controlled, and as a fixed sign Leo can sometimes be that way. As an Aries woman, I've always gotten along with cardinal signs better.

Variety is the spice of life, plus I lived in NYC where you just don't get into LTRs. Did date a couple but there was always another one waiting. Helped that back then NYC had a favorable single women to single men ratio, and lots of dudes were gay.

Lol I’m too earth dominant to wrap my head around the appeal of endless options > stability. If I find something good I want to hold onto it.

lol I’m a Sag with a first house stellium ( Aries energy) and Cap dominant aka grounded. Leo’s like that I’m grounded but also I can have a lot of fun too 🙂 Also was with an Aries for 20 years. Leo’s I’ve known have had long term marriages btw. They are all about family ( kids) and have trouble separating from their exes. My son is also a Leo, we get along very well. Like we understand each other. Not so much fighting, well sometimes but we get over it fast.

Leo's are picky people. If you give even the slightest off vibe we are out instantly. Pretty sad when you think about it. Fixed fire sounds perfect, and it is. Yet it can go out and leave you cold in a second. It likely wasn't even their fault, though at the same time it was. If you can't keep the fire burning perfectly it will either get too big and become uncomfortable, or simply go out like it never happened. You need balance to gain perfect Leo energy. Which is why I feel we are ment for air signs more then fire signs.

The thing about Leos is that we are naturally the most desired sign by women for sex. Scorpio women are desired on the female side since well, water is feminine. So when we ghost women and tell them to take a hike, it burns them a lot.

Between Leo men and Aries women, I notice a degree of friendliness and friendship. Like they seem to have that kind of puppy love or innocent sweet type of a love going for them. A Leo man can see an Aries woman as his friend and still be romantic with her. It's like the vibe where it is always fun and playful, the two just get along and get each other in that way. I'd describe this love as that sweet tender type of love that they show in Disney movies or the type where it's somewhat more innocent.
