oooh, she's a stubborn Leo. Would you call her the grudge holder type?
If she is, I'd say wait until it blows over. Trying to talk to the grudge holder types is like trying to talk to a brick wall. She needs to calm down. I fall into this catergory (working on it!) But minor things can be forgotten in my case. You still know her best.
If it really was stupid and minor, wait about a week (or two). Unfortunately you may be the one who breaks the ice. Breaking the ice and giving in can be two different things. If you decide to do this, just don't bring up the stupid minor thing that caused this.
Drop it all together.
You still won't be giving in, you will just be the one who rose above it.
Go grab your mom by the shoulders and give her a little shake maybe. With love of course. Tell her to "Snnnnap out of it!" 🙂
she's definitely the grudge holder type. It helps to avoid talking about the "minor thing" that caused al the roaring in the first place 🙂
I just start talking about other things in a neutral way. She seems to "defrost" that way and she feels like she didn't have to give in :p
LMAO!! Purrfect you kick A*** Cancimini that was peeerrrffeeecctt advice you just received. I am the EXACT same way. Sometimes we just need to "defrost." Good luck!
I do think I have great way of dealing with such people. I have Leo aunt and she's control freak. She has tried to control my behaviours couple of times for what I told her to get lost. Of course this made her more mad.
Here's my method:
I tell her "control freak" whenever I find it good to tease her. She explodes instantly. So am I. She yells, I yell. She curses etc etc I go away for a while. Then come back and call her "control freak" again. She yells again etc.
This continues until she realises herself how stupid she is.
Works % 99 with success.
truthseeker, you know?!? Sometimes I remember things like it was yesterday. Even though it was like, last year. I really am working on letting it goooo.
omg. It's haffo. ::faints::

Ok, my "Queen Mummie Leo" got mad over something stupid today (again). but the problem is.. she keeps angry the whole day, weekend, WEEK even.. unless I give in of course 😉
Are there other options? Or do I just wait untill things blow over?
