If you don't really want to know how I'm doing, then please don't ask.
If you can't handle my feelings, then please don't ask me what's wrong.
If you can't handle my emotions, then please don't ask me to express them.
If I tell you my problems, I don't expect you to fix them.
If I tell you my concerns, I'd just like an ounce of empathy.
If I'm down, please don't kick me in the gut. Just help me up.
