A libra that shows little to no attention?

I ve read alot about libras,on every site i go to i see that libras are known for "giving" this libra i am "with" i honestly dont even know since he rarely even talks. But when he does he says we are together and that he cares. But then if i dont text him i just dont hear from him. I am totally confused with him. I dont know if i should just talk to him and definitely end things. Also i dont know how i should do that. He just doesnt take blame. If i ask why he didnt text he would reply with the same question. But i always text him. For the past months since we started talking i was always the one that talked to him first. And that asked questions. I dont know if this is just because he is insecure and he just feels "unwanted" so he just doesnt talk. I simply dont get it. But i am starting to feel worthless to this person. Required to talk in order to get a response. He never just gives. And i am getting tired of it. As i am questioning wether he really cares or not. Please help.

I know its a situation thats kind of hard to answer cuz no one wants to judge. but i just dont get this Libra character, my ex was also a libra. i just think they're so misunderstood online. alot of whats said about them online turns out to be totally wrong in real. my ex was a super dark libra. He was kind of crazy. Know how its always said that they're fair(into justice) and appreciate peace? well, he was not peaceful at all. He actually argued with me almost daily about really stupid things. and the way he perceived justice was kind of unjust.. 'justice to himself, but others didnt deserve any.' (thats how he acted) idk how much yall know about astrology, but alot of the things that are said are totally wrong. this libra im talking about now, he doesnt talk. unless he s asked questions. hes not that open. its strange compared to how everyone says air signs (im an air sign myself) like to talk and communicate. so its just confusing.

Well.. Libras give a lot to a relationship and they give a lot to other people, they can sometimes be a bit put off if the person looks like they need a bit of maintenance. They need to know they can have their space if they need it to recover.

Text messages should be there for a purpose, to arrange the next date. It sounds like you might need to work on your text game in general. Length of text, when you text, what you say etc..

Also.. end what? You’re doing the chasing, not him.. my guess is he’ll turn round and say “it’s ok”.. because you’re the one wanting more, you’re talking about ending it because you want him to give you more, so logically how does that work?

Actions mean more than words, if he says he cares then I would forget about those words.

My sign is gemini, i actually dated the first crazy guy cuz of how 'compatible we are' according to astrology. but apparently, it just went so wrong. I watched one video that was so true about him, it was called 'Darkside of libra man in relatioships' by a woman called Kera.(on youtube). it was 100% true. it talked about dark sided libras that are immature. i think not all libras like that. cuz he was too much.

i just find it confusing how this new libra shows no attention but then says he cares/loves me more than friends. then rarely talks. has other priorities. wont answer my questions..Etc. sometimes it makes me think he's got somebody else. but i still partially believe him when he says that 'if there was somebody else he would have told me'. It also makes me think he doesnt care as you said.

that is literally how i feel like. like he is the woman and im the man. im the one that makes first steps. while he just sits and waits for me to do them, and actually expects me and acts kinda cute when i do. also he gets 'upset?'(im unsure about using this word) if i dont/if i wait for him to do it. and just gives me the silence treatment. i know i should step up my texting game, but i seriously dont know how. i have texted enough, me almost everyday for the past months. now i think the only thing left to do is to not text, but then i am afraid if i dont text i wont hear from him ever again. or that if i dont text he would feel 'unwanted' or think i dont want him and just ignore me forever. (eitherways thats his excuse to not texting me)

since it actually happened before.there was a time i didnt talk to him so he just didnt talk (after an argue) until 4 months passed and i texted him wishing him a happy birthday, on his birthday, and thats how we regained the contact. literally after 4 months.and u know whats ironic? its that when i talked to him about it recently, he didnt even remember that it even happened.

lol i randomly typed a bunch of numbers since at first i struggled to get my email and username to work.

I think your situation is pretty common. I think it’s more laziness (and sometimes depression) than insecurity. I think Libra men pay their love interest a lot of attention and want to see her all the time only when he’s chasing her, but once together, he shows his true laziness and all of a sudden, he would rather be sleeping or playing video games than reaching out. But if you don’t want to be the one who always take initiative then you can only dump him. I don’t think he would change.

so true actually.at first he showed all his good traits (with words). now he shows nothing. and yes he gets 'busy' watching series/movies rather than answering me. and is never willing to try anything for me. he acts like he just owns me. like a pet u buy and thats it. without making effort to take care of it. and also if i ask why he did something i didnt like or why he wouldnt try something for me or do something for me, his answer is 'well this is how i am' ' or this is my nature. '

well thank god alot of people actually understand what im talking about. a person like this makes you start questionning yourself instead.

Maybe you are, but that doesnt mean that every other libra is the same. also when you say 'worthy of our love' alot of libras have the same mindset, but almost as if they're looking for Gods to be with. literally some other level of perfection, while they are not perfect themselves. (not all)

Generosity, this guy doesnt even spit out the word 'hello' but still wants me to send him voice messages telling him "i love him."

Someone who cares would want to see you in person, as much as possible. If he's not making that effort then its a moot point on how many texts he sends.

no, thats why i focus alot on the 'texting' thing, its a long distance type of thing so texting actually means more, and it has different meanings depending on how things go. its been going on and off for a long time now. And now it just doesnt seem like its working.

Yes, for sure. Its right. eitherways, thanks alot to eveyone who responded, your responses really helped, since im so good at fooling myself. but thanks yall made it so much clearer. i finally made my decision about it. i always feared not to hear from him again if i dont text, i choose to take that option, now. Thinking he would never talk to me if i dont, already shows me he isnt a person i want to be with nor is he a person i should work hard to make him 'love' me. although he still confuses me alot. Thank you all so much, so glad i found this forum today.

I think Libras with Virgo and Gemini are less clingy and more practical.

I find the Libras with Virgo as their Venus have a less romantic form of communication or an over abundance of more formal communication with their partners.

My gf she kills me how methodical and robotic she sounds in texts to the guy she is seeing. It sounds so formal. Lol hey whatever works for each couple, ya know?
