My 10th birthday was one of the best ever! I had spaghetti for dinner, got a beautiful new bike and a pet hamster. I was in heaven!
Awe that's amazing you remember it so vividly!! I make their 10th birthdays a big deal.
Her bday party next weekend is halloween themed and I'm making a haunted house on my driveway and inside my house for her sleepover. I hope all of my girls look back and remember these moments.

I had been begging my parents for one and they said not until you are responsible to take care of it yourself. And that was my first lesson in responsibility.
It was such a special day and I was completely happy as only a child can be. I am so glad to hear you are trying to make a special day for her. I'll bet she remembers it too!
I had one too but I forgot to feed it and it died 😭😭 I was so sad we libra males are awful.
