Any Libras out there in management? How are you as a boss? What is your management style? How do you deal with your employees? What can an employee do that makes you happy? What do they do that tick you off?

And, if anyone has worked for a Libra boss? What are your experiences?

My future new boss is a Libra and I don't have a lot of experience with Libras so I really don't know what to expect from her.

My boss is a libra woman. Controlfreak but very fair. If you work hard you will be rewarded. Doesn't let personal feelings cloud her judgement.
One of my girlfriends is an account payable manager for a shipping company. She's a Libra, she has her nose over-sighting everything, but if you do well, consistently, then you go from being someone to watch to someone she can count on.

I've had a Libra boss for about 12 years now 😎

I can't really comment on his management style because we're too in sync from habit and experience.
The framework for our workplace is casual and family friendly. People are encouraged to prioritise life over work, if you take the job too seriously it almost makes the Libra-boss not trust you @_@ I dunno how to explain that properly
(saying that, Caps serious work ethic was worth taking seriously)

BUT I do recall we had a Cap join us from a similar industry competitor and they worked very well together. Cap was with us for about 3 years, and when we opened a new $ 7million dollar yard - Libra pushed Cap for the regional position and Cap runs that sector now, which is awesome!

Although it was up to meh to train the newbie, once the groundwork was laid the Libra was able to rely on Cap to get things done that were normally unpleasant to deal with ie. anything Libra would normally shy away from confrontation-wise Cap would simply get straight to the point with no nonsense logic- leaving the field open for Libra to close deals with signature charm etc The Libra also relied heavily on the Caps ability to network and connect.

^^This.
Some of the Libra bosses are awesome. If they're the kind that tell you their vision of what they're looking for and let you "off the chain", but call you in and are honest if they think you're on the wrong track--and that is a conversation, not a dictation. I've known a few in that category, and at least a couple I'd walk through Hell for.
Some of the others I've seen are terrible--its all about them and how they "look". Promoted beyond their capability, they're the stereotypical indecisive backstabbing type.
In either case, make sure you put down the ground rules about your relationship. The first case is awesome. The second case makes things manageable.

I will say this, she made the interview process fun. Ithe was an all day affair because I had to meet with three different groups. Instead of nerve wracking, it was actually a fun day.

I never said that about an interview before. Lol!

I'm looking forward to working with her.

She wants me to fix some problems with the staff I will be supervising. She was quite honestly about all the issues (that I know of). As long as she has my back, I wI'll be able to do it.

I have been working for a Libra boss for almost 5 years. He's the best boss I could ever get. We talk almost like friends and the rest will always say if he was a straight man, I could be his wife. 😆

He can be passive aggressive sometimes but most of the times he tries to be fair. The only thing I hate about him is he's indecisive and always change his mind. It drives us nuts.

The weakest thing about him is that he has a very soft heart and some took advantage of that. He's a people person which is not ideal if you're a businessman.

Imho, Capricorn makes the best CEO / boss because they are very firm with their decisions and don't use their heart when it comes to the matters of Company. They are good with detaching their feelings when it comes to the benefit of the business unlike Libra who will feels bad if they have to dismiss their staffs even if the person is someone who's not worth to keep. 😄

Butt anyways, I love my Libra boss. He's my BFF! 😆
and one more thing: i think you are wrong again.
libras are usually the boss.( not the opposite.. )
a libra boss is the IDEA. the Capricorn is the Action.

they complete each other..
and can form a very great business team.

2 smart sign. different, but they respect each other. this is what makes them a good team imo.
and millionaires eventually... 😄

I'm thinking it's going to be a good balance strength/weakness wise.
