Posted by Libra82One of my girlfriends is an account payable manager for a shipping company. She's a Libra, she has her nose over-sighting everything, but if you do well, consistently, then you go from being someone to watch to someone she can count on.
My boss is a libra woman. Controlfreak but very fair. If you work hard you will be rewarded. Doesn't let personal feelings cloud her judgement.

Posted by ScorpioluverI think that's true for Cardinal signs in general.
Libra's and cap's make great business associates

Posted by 2MoonI'm thinking it's going to be a good balance strength/weakness wise.Posted by FyzaGememieeand one more thing: i think you are wrong again.
I have been working for a Libra boss for almost 5 years. He's the best boss I could ever get. We talk almost like friends and the rest will always say if he was a straight man, I could be his wife. 😆
He can be passive aggressive sometimes but most of the times he tries to be fair. The only thing I hate about him is he's indecisive and always change his mind. It drives us nuts.
The weakest thing about him is that he has a very soft heart and some took advantage of that. He's a people person which is not ideal if you're a businessman.
Imho, Capricorn makes the best CEO / boss because they are very firm with their decisions and don't use their heart when it comes to the matters of Company. They are good with detaching their feelings when it comes to the benefit of the business unlike Libra who will feels bad if they have to dismiss their staffs even if the person is someone who's not worth to keep. 😄
Butt anyways, I love my Libra boss. He's my BFF! 😆
libras are usually the boss.( not the opposite.. )
a libra boss is the IDEA. the Capricorn is the Action.
they complete each other..
and can form a very great business team.
2 smart sign. different, but they respect each other. this is what makes them a good team imo.
and millionaires eventually... 😄

She's the department Director and I'll be in charge of a specialized team that reports to her. The work that team does, she's not as familiar with so she needs some with more expertise in it than she has she admitted. So, I think it's going to work out well.

And, if anyone has worked for a Libra boss? What are your experiences?
My future new boss is a Libra and I don't have a lot of experience with Libras so I really don't know what to expect from her.
