Libra Woman Confusing Me

Hi all!

First I want to say that this is always the site I check out whenever I want a better perspective on a specific sign. Happy to be posting for the first time.

So this Libra woman (early October) and I started talking to each other recently through social media. We texted throughout the day for about a week, very flirty and playful. I suggested meeting up and she was all for it. A couple days ago she comes over to my place and we get to know each other, watch a movie and kiss a bit (we didn't hook up). She was talking about things in a future tense, ie. "you'll see, once you get to know me more", "Next time we get together", etc.

Normally I can tell if a date goes well or if the woman just isn't into me. I was getting all positive signs, she was initiating some of the kissing, she was pulling me closer. So she left after maybe about 4 hours, to go a family dinner. I texted her that night asking how her dinner went. Haven't heard from her since (a day and a half ago).

I'm not one to want to push anyone, so if she's not into me then I just drop it. I did think she was great girl and was interested so I'm just a bit confused. Any perspective is appreciated.

While us Libra girls are teases, it does seem to me like she was enjoying her time with you. I'd say give her a few days - maybe she just needs space or time to think, or perhaps she has personal problems. If you don't hear from her in few days, text her again. Sometimes we don't reply and wait for someone to try again.

Thanks for the feedback. You're probably right. I guess I just don't do well with understanding mixed signals, but then again who does haha

Yea I know it was really recent, it's just more looking at the inconsistency with how she was acting before, during and after.

I agree but then you did meet on "social media" so who else is she "meeting" there is what I would think.

It's been a day and a half and how many times have you texted ? just the once that night after her dinner ? text her once more and see what she's up too

it's been a day, you've known each other for what, a fortnight? spent 4 hours with her? i've spent more time with my dentist.

i would just go with the flow of things. she might come back, she might not. just chill out.

Wow you sound like the opposite to me and my Pisces guy, he's the one holding back .

imo normally I'd be all over a return text unless something really put me off you. (Didn't seem like it from your explanation) I'm always polite to return messages and would just make up an excuse if I wasn't interested... I'd say throw her another text soon and see what comes back

Appreciate everyone's feedback. Yea I've just reached out to her the one time via text, I'm not in any rush to reach out again but will just wait and see. Maybe I'll reach out to her in a few days and if no response then I'll drop it. Again I understand this is a girl I just met and hung out with once, I guess I just get sketched out by inconsistency. So if she's initiating texting me all day prior to meeting up, and then that goes seemingly well and then I get silence after... the curiosity in me is going to wonder why haha

Libra gal here. Seems like it went really well. Maybe the family dinner was the dinner from hell. 😉 How long has it gone since the first date? You can't judge the consistency of a person when you've just started dating.

Admittedly, Libras blow hot and cold. I'll be all about the guy when we're together, and the next day I'll want my space and I'll be doing my own thing. There is usually a beat in between when we are analysing and observing you. It can feel like cold air after all that heat. Personally, I'm really laid-back in the initial dating phase. Libra's don't see what the rush is. She might be testing you a bit also, like, okay that was nice - now what you got? 😉 Step up to the challenge. 😉

My advice would be to play it cool, and in a few days invite her to something fun/ interesting. And take it from there. Pisces are funny, use your humour. And good luck to you. 🙂

Possibly a bit of a dance in the beginning with a Libra. My Aries gave me that right back and confused the hell out of me so it really made me more consistent lol! Give it time...
