Reasons for a libra to break up with someone they loved ?

I know some might say ' Ask him '. I wont, it's been a year and a half since he broke up with me. When he said it was done when i said 'Ok' and accepted that was the final response he got from me, from that day we never talked. Its been a while of course im done as well, but i still wonder 'Why?' it was a true love story, at least to me ? Anyways, when he wanted to break up with me it took him a month to finally say it, a month of confusion, one day he said he loved me the other it was different, showing me anger. That month was hell for me cause i had just wanted closure. Actually,i also dont understand why he didnt do it earlier. Anyways, i still dont understand why he did it? We had many argues before that, and i remember the word he repeated more than once was that he is 'young' i guess meaning he wanted to live his life instead of how committed we were ? i still dont get it. Well it really was true love for me that i still think of him to this day. And im not the type to do so, im the type to throw it away quickly and forget, i certainly have moved on from it but i still think he still has a special place in my heart. Well he told you the reason, he felt he was too young to settle down. The month it took to finally break it off was him trying to make the decision, (his scales tipping back and forth) we do this when we are uncertain and want to make sure we make the right one. If a libra says “I’m done” believe it, and he’s backed that up with zero contact.

I think at this point, you can ask him.. I would feel free to, but I would state your intentions. Try not to mention that you still have feelings for him because it can put him in a difficult spot that not people are pleased to be in, esp if he has someone..

I don't think thats the case here, i think that maybe he wanted a perfect relationship.(just keep in mind it was our first love i was 19 he was 18) Because it was the perfect love story at first i could tell he really loved me and i did too, he seemed really in love with me and that IS why i didnt understand why it ended like that ? it got me thinking it was all fake? But again it didnt make sense that it was fake, in order for it to be all fake he must have been the greatest actor ive ever seen, his crying, his sickness when i first 'left him', the nights he went to stay with another family member just so we could have long phonecalls at night without his family interrupting, him doing everything he could to please me, being responsive and there all the time even at like 4AM, any time he seemed blinded by love at first, even from the way he stared at me/talked to me ..? as i said it really was based on the physical evidence, it was love from both parties. when there were no argues, but he started to change right after things were heated and right when we had alot of argues(major argues, actually right after our first big argue he even told me that if we argue again we part ways, which kind of shocked me at the time.), and he got major anger issues. Didnt let the matter go even if it took weeks or even more, as for me a day is enough to go back to normal and i held no grudges which idk if libras do. So i guess maybe it wasnt as nice (for both of us, it got to a point where i felt peaceful and happy away from him cause of the anger issues and all the stress and anxiety i got from him.) so from all this all i could conclude is that libras hate argues and are ready to leave the person they're with for the argues,the only rational explanation i could find was that it was real at first but it changed because of the argues. actually after the first argue even the way he looked at me (his eyes) changed, at first it was 'all in love' type of stare(you know it), then it became a liittle bit more 'detached' still loves but hurt/broken.idk exactly but not the same type of stare if u know what i mean, although we stayed for more months. Unlike me even if i argue it doesnt get me to think about 'leaving' if i love the person so i thought it was the same for him. I didn't confuse how i felt for him with the argue. I easily forgot&forgave. Also, can you explain what you mean by 'status quo'?

I have no idea, he lied to me about his year of birth, so each time it would show a different sign. But eitherways,it was either 1999 or 2000 if i put 2000 it shows Leo, if i put 1999 it shows Pisces.

Libras would rather break up with someone that they care about than cheat. It's as simple as that. They understand that they don't know everything but they make great efforts to know themselves. He probably was too young and wanted to explore his sexuality more. He was probably starting arguments so you'd break up with him, but because you wouldn't he just did it himself. Look at yourself as a pizza. Most people love pizza but they're not going to eat it forever when they're young. They want to explore Thai, Indian, Chinese food, beef wellington, etc. Libras often know this about themselves especially when their young. Pizza is still good AF!!!

You mentioned lots of arguments. Bingo! There’s your answer. We will not tolerate perpetual chaos, things going haywire all the time. It’s exhausting and if you’re not trying to fix it, eventually it’s a wrap....

I agree. If there was never compromise or it always felt like pulling teeth to compromise he may have said this is going to suck long term. We want people who will fight just as hard for the relationship and it’s growth as we will. He may have also had a touch of commitment fear, but if that was the case arguing for no reason would give a non committal Kibea justification to leave, but I’m with everyone else I would reach out to him I be he would be willing to be objective about it now.
