Well from saying nope sounds pretty much like she's not interested :/ sorry to say that but she'd put more effort into it specially if she already knows you like her...If you're looking for more direct answer why not simply call her out for a drink or dinner some time? It will spare you a lot of trouble they sooner you do it. I know you'd like to make path secured first but sometimes best way is to be straight forward

She already knows you like her and when she senses you are about to ask her out she disappears quickly before it can happen because Libras don't like to hurt people's feeling and awkardness. 😆 Caps can be a bit too serious for a libra. The best approach is to flirt and tease her more. Don't have a too serious approach or it will only make her uncomfortable unless that makes you uncomfortable. In that case just do you. 😛
Sorry but from what you have posted it doesn't seems she likes you. If she did she would stick around and see what else you had to say not walk out on you.
It was in passing and she stopped for a good minute when I was talking to her (Didn't give typical one word answers or lack of eye contact to show disinterest either). It was also late and nearing the end of her shift and I didn't immediately follow-up with the second question. Honestly, I might be kidding myself but there are alot of variables at play.

The one thing that has always consistently worked is being completely chill/calm, detached, and either being knowledgeable and/or having a good sense of humor. Then give her the space to come to you while you do your own thing. She's currently in the process of figuring you out.

When I was waiting for my ride, one of my coworkers joked and asked her to take me home. She didn't say anything but she looked straight at me to see what my response would be. I guess she just thinks I'm hot and cold but it still counts as mental stimulation for a Libra right?

- I smile instantly / sheepishly when we make eye contact (can't help it!! I just like you!!).
- I will probably look at you and try to walk in your area more often.
- If you move closer (ex: to show me how to use a machine), I won't move away.
- Tossing my hair, laughing nervously and using stupid hand gestures during normal conversation are indicators that I have a crush on you.

- I could sense when they were about to ask me out, and got super nervous and tried to avoid the conversation, keeping casual. "So are you bringing your friends, or...?"

I am often awkward when trying to flirt with guys who are not agressive in pursuing me. If a guy is straight to the point, okay, but I can get shy if he is not and if it’s my job to get the guy. I would say that it’s definitely a good sign that she wants to spend time with you talking. I always seem to be somehow around a guy I like and it seems like she’s doing it.

Lol say yes or no to what? You didnt give her a yes or no question if she liked you or not. YOU gotta be direct... if you want a direct answer.. if she likes you or not. I had this guy at my job who liked me and told my closest girls that. But everytime he got around me he would trip on the floor, studder, cheese at me really hard and a bunch of crazy s.hit lol.
