Simply, wanted to see if other creatures are as sexually curious as well, not even particularly adventurous but curious (because to me that is only my nature as a Stinger peeking through). I would love to hear what it is like for the ladies of other Signs on a general whole.

I've noticed when it comes to the word "settle" - and correct me at any time if I'm wrong - that most women hate this word because it tends to bring up a worst fear. That ties into that quote earlier about the idea a man could be waiting for someone better to come along, so he just "settled" for her.
I've seen women go to lengths to find out the answer to whether he "settled" or not. Like "do you love me? But do you really love me?" I guess it's insecurity and some of it is natural. Sometimes it's insecurity to a point where no answer will be satisfactory though.
But yes I agree with Mr. D that on some level we all settle. Because women also want comfort to be themselves in a relationship. As do men. Comfort goes hand in hand with settling.
I used to have a problem with the word because I thought it conflicted with my sense of adventure.
People have made the word settle a bad thing. Yes! no one wants to be mediocre or have less than. However at some point we do settle. However when you look up the word it is not used in a bad way at all. As feby used it to stop. So you don't want to stop at the wrong man, but honestly we may NEVER really know who is right. If you look over that chick with the pony tail over the chick with the BMW or the man with the overflowing bank account for the construction worker. Now someone that respects me over someone that can afford me the world but doesn't respect me. hmmm

Society, media, traditions, religion and what not...tends to do so.
Personally, the world is neutral in my eyes, it is what one makes of it. There are settled couples who thrive in a much more conducive and happy environment than those who married whilst 'madly in love'. As what tiz, expressed earlier - trust and respect are building blocks that one can not miss, even when everything else is but thrown out of the window.

Yeah there was definitely no strong foundation there Curious. But these kind of things have brought marriages down. I don't think it would have been something to be controlled or be prepared for. It sounds funny but one of the days I was able to let go and move past all that was when I was driving in the rain and heard Frank Lampard had divorced with his wife over the radio, due to the death of his mother some years back bringing differences between them.

That's very true. Sometimes though both people have to be willing to do that. You can't do it all on your own. If others don't want to sit down and provide answers, you can't see all the connections. Which ties in to what you said about true love. As much as someone is willing to work, there needs to be the luck of finding someone else that's willing to work along with them.click to expand

To settle is also a personal decision - a life style choice which comes with its own set of rules and regulations, merely a different ball game and playing field as dating/relationship/love, it is neither better or worse but it would most definitely be more stable and secure. The different between like and love, love and growing to love...none of them, no matter how one looks at it, is ever negative.

hello everyone . miss you all... i was long absent becuase of goats... 2 of which are close to me just recently lost their jobs suddenly... and one whom the virgo ex cheated me on( btw he just called again recently.. slammed the phone down before he can utter a word and did for 4 fucking times.. but no he still called and called motherfucker. no i didnt talk to him ) just decided to FUCKING MOVE to the same building as i am living for the past 3 years. so now i have to put with her ugly face everyday.
other than that i guess im doing ok... but i still miss you guys!!!
