What do you all think of the Paleo Diet? (looking at you febby!) have you tried it? Does it work? Did you really end up feeling like a real caveman?
Also tattoos on guys or girls, A LOT of them, COVERED! To the point they have their eyeballs tattooed! What's your preference? Blank canvas? bit of scribble? or artworks on their entire bodies?
Also we all love reading all replying to the dealbreaker threads, fair enough it's easy to list them. But what if you fall in love with someone, they are the closest thing to being perfect apart from the fact that he or she likes to fart loudly or perhaps a closet serial killer, perhaps not to that severity but would you waive that rule for that particular person.

Does it work?
Depends what your answer is for #1.
Did you really end up feeling like a real caveman?
Hah well I actually believe the closer you can get your diet to be as "least man-processed" as possible, the better you are. The mentality of it "If it's man made, it will cause cancer and you'll die" is the dark way of looking at it. Do I feel like a caveman? Nah. It's not really SUPER different once I found suitable substitutes.
But keep in mind, all bets are off on the weekends for me.
hah VH! You could say I'm on a modified Paleo too. Cept I've always eaten like this. There's only so much junk food I can take and I don't really over indulge in sweets, snacks and things like that. Obviously things that I do eat outside of it, rice and the grain variety, milk etc.
I was just curious because someone asked me so I looked it up and it sorta struck me that not a lot of people eat this way *shrugs*
Wouldn't say I need a strict diet plan, I think I'm blessed like that, I either need to binge or starve myself a whole year to see a noticeable difference lol.

cleaner for the most part yeah! Say snacks for example what do you prepare? as in you know when you get a tiny little break time and you are hungry but can't do a whole meal? 😛
I never really followed the whole 3 meals a day thing even as a kid, it's more I eat whenever I'm hungry.
hell yeah to almonds and avacado! two of my favourite things! I just thought maybe too much of it is a bad thing like all other things 😛

Depends on how you want to view it, I think the accepted (which astro.com uses) is that the planets fall within 10 degrees of each other.

Fruits.
Avocado
Hard Boiled Eggs
Beef Jerky
Nuts.
Cans of Tuna are big for me. Easy to pack and bring with me forever. Just have to make sure I have a fork handy or it gets messy lol

I've been on a modified paleo diet for a couple of months now. I really like it, I just "feel" better. I love to cook so that made it easier for me too. I'm a huge fan of almonds, avocados and fruit, so when I snack throughout the day, I choose from some of these things.
YES!!! And Siren and I share a lot of the same activities 😄
As you can see, very easy stuff. Not complicated.
