I feel like somebody always has something bad to say about them!! I feel like we get less valued in the zodiac department. Alot of people sleep on us !!

Posted by Jynja
Perhaps because you allow others to "sleep on you" as you say it.
However, I don't think people hate on Libras. In my experience (and not many good ones, sadly), Libras have been the ones to play the middle ground and not let others know where they truly stand, so people might just be weary or cautious of Libra females.
Or Libras in general.

@Aesma, "sleep on us" = to not take notice of/acknowledge. The OP didn't mean "sleep with us". But +1 to your advice none the less.
@OP, you keep creating these threads asking for/looking for validation. You will cease your search if you can find it from within. I have never had a problem being noticed. I don't go looking for it either. If you are whole within they will come. We all have a sign we "hate on" from time to time. What would life be without haters? Try not to take it so personally.

A Libra woman is a born seductress. Kept within healthy bounds, this can be remarkable to see and experience. Practiced with malicious intent, it can make a Legion of enemies.

Puh-leeze! I have never set out to seduce anybody besides my own spouse while I was married. Diss not the Living Venus. It isn't her fault so many people find her appealing.click to expand

That's why it helps to read Vedic astrology and other cultures. Western astrology is sold to the MTV generation values.
Going off appearances? BAD.
Emotional validation? GOOD.
Money doesn't bring you happiness etc. etc. all the salesman cliches basically.
A Venusian sign, Cardinal or not, is rarely going to be explored in a three dimensional way in this culture. Venus is a planet about Love yes but also War.

hey hey Tiz, slow down with Vedic astrology 🙂 I think its bs, I am def not a virgo with cancer moon, noooo way!
Hahahaha still holding onto that eh? 🙂
Remember Virgo in Vedic is not the same description as a Virgo in Western. It's not saying you're a Western Virgo Sun and Western Cancer Moon.
I'm not that big on Vedic but it helps to balance it out by reading, for me.click to expand

I'm sure you mean well. Really. Your posts are always fair and well-balanced. But you have no idea what it's like to be painted as a "seductress" and somehow incurring blame from less "seductive" people for alleged "seductiveness."

LOL this is hilarious. How is that even possible? Most sane people, no matter how unseductive they are, don't just hate someone based only on how they look. If you're "blamed", then it could be because of your attitude & not necessarily how you look. Well, unless you're on of those women that talk & act inappropriately around other people's men. Are you one of those people that believe everybody is jealous of them?click to expand

In all fairness, some people are so parched it leads to the false perception that ordinary Libran charm = seduction game.
We treat others with common courtesy until/unless that's taken for granted or aimed against us in some form or another. Don't think for a minute that this doesn't happen. Virtually every Libra knows what I'm talking about here and it isn't on the basis of looks, appeal & bragging rights.

Hate is a very strong word to be used in this instance. Being disliked solely based on looks is more than possible and it does happen often. There are some nasty women out there, full of insecurities and complexes.click to expand

That wasn't what I was getting at.
I specified it's the thirsty ones prone to mistake general kindness for special attention & run with that assumption. A far cry from claiming that nobody/few can resist.

No its not always the case, but it does happen very often. Maybe you are one of those cool chicks who doesn't get jealous of someone's beauty, but trust me a lot of fems are not like that, its not delusion, its a reality
Posted by tiziani
I don't think it's always "beautiful" looks that get hated on. Most of the time when I overhear women sniping on each other it's because of sex appeal in looks.

And how do you know for certain that it is because of how you look? The only time I hate on a person is when they act all haughty due to how they look. Or when they expect others to be in awe of them because of how they look. It's an energy exchange for me. If you act all cute & whatever, I pay you no attention... people like that seek attention. Because they are told by numerous people how beautiful they are, then they go around seeking the same compliments from everyone they meet. Sometimes it's directly, but much of it is indirectly. Some of us can tell when someone is fishing for appraisal.click to expand

Because I have seen this happening over and over again. And I am not talking about myself. Cmon when a girl is nothing by nice to you and you still dislike her and it happens that she is also good looking, I don't know.. it is common sense to me, isn't it to u? 😉click to expand

But weren't you agreeing with Creole's post? What does being painted for a seductress even mean? To me it means you think people see you that way. As in EVERYBODY.
No, I wasn't. I don't know the details of her personal experience(s), and needless to say nobody can be certain about how others collectively perceive them.click to expand

Extracted from Huff post article about jealous:
'In recent years, the —sisterhood?? has had to contend with the spread of women-on-women jealousy as a social norm. From Bridget Jones to Bridesmaids, there's a popular expectation that we??ll envy one anothers?? perfect hair, houses and husbands.
—Jealousy among women is such a common phenomenon because of insecurities that are implanted when we are young. It is especially common in young females with so much emphasis placed upon body shape, beauty and dieting,?? says clinical hypnotherapist David Samson.'
Did you notice how jealousy of someone's wit is not even mentioned. That's the reality *shrugs*

I've been jealous of other women myself, but never actually disliked them for having things I wish I had. Example, there was this one girl where I used to stay. We were the same height, almost the same weight but her body was more toned. PERFECT. One day I made myself a plate of fattening food & as I was about to eat...I saw her through the window! Needless to say, I lost my apetite. LOL! I wanted her body so bad & seeing her reminded me of the gut I needed to lose, etc. I liked her, we talked sometimes but I was still envious lol. Now I've just triggered myself, all this extra stuff needs to be gone by June 😄click to expand

You took the words out of my mouth, that's totally reminiscent of a scene from a generic romantic comedy flick. Actually I'm pretty sure that happened in Legally Blonde, when the older lady awkwardly tried to holla @ the mailman.click to expand
