Are you ready—

Before we begin, may I just say that we only have until November 22, 2019 at 11:59 PM Hong Kong Time (+8) to make nominations. But just in case you failed to make nominations, you can still vote for a person who was not nominated.

The purpose of this thread is only to have a provisional list of nominees but users may still vote for people not included in the "short list."
