Blood Types
Over 1/3 of the population has O+ so you ask 3 people and at least 1 of them should be able to give you blood.
Be glad you’re not O neg. They can only get blood from other O negatives. He’s O- and allergic to penicillin. Every time we leave the country, I’m convinced he’s a goner.

I'm O+ too
My ex and kids are all AB- which is less common. Our types didn't mix and both boys had to go under the bilirubin lights for a couple days after birth.
If the kids are biologically yours, either your or their blood types aren't accurate.
An O parent can't produce AB kids...at least I don't think so.
I'm B negative.

Why not have his own blood stored in a blood bank facility?

He doesn’t seem concerned, but it’s always in the back of my mind. He’s donated so much over the years. It scares me to think of all the people he’s helped, but might not have that same help for himself.
But what can I say? I’m just a worrier like that.

Thats intresting. I had no idea blood type affected it. My boys when born had it. I assumed it was because they were slightly prem. 34.5 weeks gestation. Wonder if their blood type is different to mine. I think and huge think their father is O... so maybe?

Yea its for jaundice. I was told I had to be put under the light for 2 weeks for jaundice.
