CREDIT CARD DEBT

I literally put myself in a deep hole....HOW does anyone get out of this! I wish I could hack into the Credit Cards themselves and hit delete!

predatory lending is forbidden in most countries outside USA, you can't expect the most vulnerable people to make sound decisions all the time.

You can do it if you really pull your shit together and set up a monthly budget plan plus you keep track of your expenses and saving possibilities. It's actually super fun to save and watch that money grooooow

Same. I'm in like $ 4,000 credit card debt. I'm paying it off in 2018. Enough is enough. lol. My interest charges are crazy.

Yeah I literally did this twice! and didn't get rid of the other cards and now im stuck!

Not to mention I was with an ex who dug me into a deeper hole! -_-

Problem is income, trying to find a better job so I have more money to split!

1. Climb out of the hole, or call for help.

2. Once you're out, depending on the about of debt you're carrying, talk to your bank to get a consolidation loan or a line of credit at a lower interest rate. Use either one to pay off your debts.

I tried getting a consolidated loan, no one approved me.

The sooner Americans walk away from all that debt, that will never get repaid btw, the sooner they will start to have money.

The best way that worked for me, was to take a personal loan to clear all my credit card debt. The interest on a personal loan is normally a lot lower than it is on credit cards and it is also just one lump sum, depending on how many credit cards you have. I had two cards and took a 10k loan to pay them off over 2 years. My credit card was sitting at 19% and the loan I took was at 5% . It's a huge difference.

Also NEVER pay only the minimum on a credit card.. I try not spend on credit cards anymore.
