Oh my gosh I felt sooo00ooo trapped in the past due to my mental issues @ the time completely restricting me from being able to fullllly experience /life and the things I wanted to experience @ the time and then like heavy, nasty depression thrown on tahp

But I didn't mind the depression tbqh, I didn't even rlly know I had depression only until I went to a professional because I had it for sooo00o long growing up that I thought some people were just /different and I wos just like "that" & others were like "that" lolz x

There's a lottttttttt I did to get out of that mindset and horrible time but I think the #1 thing that's helped me, like srsly, and the fastest, is those stupid Louise Hay lahv yourself meditation videos

I swear to goshhhhhh, I figured this shit out, I was like researching all kinds of healing methods because I lowkey knew my mind was causing my anxiety (obvs) but like other symptoms too & I'd research shit like that all the time because it's just /interesting tew me and I realized.... Like the #1 thing you can do to heal your life is lahv yourself, truly. Because if you lahv yourself, truly, all decisions that you make, consciously or unconsciously, will be the /right ones for you! And there's nothing selfish or bad about that, because being able to be 100% of yourself is being able to be better for the othersssss in your life as well, those who deserve it obviously.

So yah. Also, you guise should look up some of Teal Swans videos. And Marianne Wiliamson. okai bai.

xoxoxoxoxox

When I don't meditate things can get a bit rough for me as far as seeing things more clearly knowing where to go...and depression sets in.

Thank you..

I'll watch those videos...the self love...

I used to watch Teal but havenot see

Her in a while.

Let the Ts flow and be more assertive over your environment

You never felt trapped?

Unless you're actually trapped, like in a pit or sthg, you're probably just caught in your feels.

With age, pisces learn to close their inner eye upon the feels.

Get also yourself used to exert outgoing force upon reality. It takes training.

Thank you

Yeah it has to take some training.

I did. Cuz I wanted to move back to Socal and I couldn’t for 4 years because my daughter wouldn’t move. So leave your child? Couldn’t do it.. but unhappy here.

I don’t feel trapped anymore cuz she’s graduated from high school.. but still not sure what I’m doing. At least it’s up to me now.

Thank you

So safe to say that sometimes it is out of our hands and we have to wait it out sometimes?

Well you always have a choice. I could’ve gone. I had a job & we were suppose to move in a week and then it all blew up. But I still did feel trapped because I was between choices and it was an impossible choice for me. But ultimately my choice was my daughter. Even if I felt trapped. Then I had to learn acceptance.

Honestly the right thing was to stay & wait it out. For her & for me.

I have definitely felt trapped. It’s usually because of work. However, I don’t feel it as much recently as I used to. I reduced the time that I was willing to be scheduled and that really helped with giving a small sense of control.

Also, I think it can help to dedicate some mental energy into something, like a purpose, for instance, to help feel like progress is being made in some fashion. I feel like progress is a close sibling to freedom.

I have been fairly heavily delving into educating myself about equality and the struggles to attain it, wether it be gender, sexuality, or race based. It’s just a focus that has helped that “trapped” feeling melt away.

I think sometimes situations are out of our hands. How we feel about it and deal with it can be the difference between being trapped and not being trapped. That said, I do feel trapped sometimes too especially in the past year with Uranus transiting my first house. Disasters just appear out of nowhere on a weekly basis. It's exhausting.

wow. This is interesting. Having purpose to lead one out of feeling trapped.

Maybe that's why when we are in our teens or 20s, there's less feeling of being trapped(?)

We have these big dreams and a sense of purpose (for the most part) and life hasn't

really drug us through the mud yet. I know for me, I've always wanted to heal people

whether that be through art, energy work, communication.... Just any way that I can....

and realigning myself to that has helped definitely.

God

... yes. definitely Uranus has it way of instigating this feeling.

Uranus having gone through my 3rd house has caused a lot of anxiety in me.

Uranus in general causes anxiety in where ever it is to be honest...

Things like short distance travel (local), way of basic learning, communication...

This was when my car went down and it has been a problem for me ever since and in a way, influenced

this feeling of being trapped. I have to go back and see how he affected me through my first house though
