I met a rescue dog called Lily today, I think she is a whippet, her lovely owner said how badly she'd been treated, poor thing. I'm not a dog woman....(a witch and her familiar cat is me). When Lily came over to me, she looked up at me and I felt intense love โค๏ธ for her. It was such a pure feeling and I felt kind of elated.
Such a nice experience

That article was probably written by the same group of scientist - who proved that drinking water keeps you hydrated - which in turn - is good for your health. ๐
lol, it's a well known fact (should be common knowledge by now) - that animals can elevate stress. ๐ธ
The use of animals in hospitals is proving to be successful...lowering blood pressure, increasing joy and generally reducing stress levels
I read one of the most relaxing things you can do is stroke a purring cat ๐ฑ and one of the most stressful thing is to hold a screaming baby ๐ถ๐ป
Can attest to both

Sure they can......being faced with a bengal tiger or lion looking for food could give you a heart attack
Hardly the same thing as being in the company of a cute fluffy kitten or adoring dog though...
What about dogs?
What's a cat?

Yes...how do they elevate stress?
It's because most cat people are witches or warlocks & have spells to keep themselves young. ๐

what's the hype with the water thing ? I never heard that ?
It's hard to get mad and stay mad when you're surrounded by cute animals. โค๏ธ
My life is always been better being around animals of all kinds. Their love for you is pure unlike humans who carry preconditions.
That might be true for most animals, but for cats, humans are "staff" to open cans and clean the litter box.

Probably produced by a cat lady, but gee, who can argue with science?
