Since night role cannot be skipped, 3rd kill must have been blocked...either through roleblock or quarantine.
can you explain how that could have happened roleblock or quarantine, i thought quarantine would only stop one individual and that would be RUDY (someone got that lucky)
Well, if Melania Trump visited a Mafia member and not get roleblocked themselves by President Trump, then the Mafia kill wouldn't go through.
If one of the target was visited by Cuomo and Cuomo didn't get roleblocked, the kill wouldn't go through.
The Lovers can only be killed by Rudy at night and Rudy cannot be killed at night.
