It becomes second nature after awhile, and after the keto flu @virgogent was talking about, you actually have more energy than before. It's nice.

I do "carb nite" so I usually have 1-2 nights where I will have a carb nite of pizza or cereal.

It helps push the water weight off faster in my opinion.

High fat/protein, extremely low carb.

@UVD Keto essentially forces your body to use fat as its energy source and not sugars. Making you lose weight constantly.

My coworker brought cupcakes for my boss' bday yesterday and they were trying to peer pressure me into at least having half of one and I was like nah I really don't think it's worth the stomach ache (or the hives) ??‍♀️
