Ah I know! I can't wait for the season to start. I was trying to live stream the Mets vs the Cardinals before but again, I fail at the live streaming lol. Spring training and they're already 0-6. Good start to the season lol.

Thats pretty weird
and off the top of my head seems to ring pretty true for american teams. The only color I can think of that als wins fairly consistently is black/dark blue
Just looked at the Premier League/Football League winning history here and 32 out of the last 46 seasons have been won by a team wearing red since 1970 - Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Nottingham Forest in particular. I counted Aston Villa even though they wear claret.
The other colour that pops up a lot seems to be white, out of what's left. Then blue.

cubs have a bunch of ties thus far theyre like 1-2-2
Rockies are scoring it up tho. On paper they should have a mighty offense and so far so good in spring training.

At least here in america growing up the competition of peoples favorite colors was always red versus blue
Same over here in the UK.
And they did some kind of study a while back about how red gives teams a psychological winning advantage. Not sure if it was proven bs or held up.

I can see it with The Cardinals in Baseball and Redwings and Blackhawks in hockey as winning teams that wear red

Your team HAS played 50 games and is playoff eligible and technically doesnt have to play anymore if you didnt want to but it does need to be in the top 4/5 at the end of the season to make the playoffs. The most games a team can play is 80.

Bases loaded with no outs and can't score in the inning. That's such a large statistical advantage. Put one over the head of the infield or split the bases and you'll get a run in. Frustrating

Yeah especially because its hard enough to get 3 people on base in a few innings let alone all at the same time so you have to capitalize on those bases loaded
So yeah not getting Power Plays may not kill you, but certainly gives you an advantage if you do score. Especially in games like this one where the goals are just not coming for either team
