Who do you guys think killed Jon Benet?

I have ruled out the mom. I don't understand why they haven't showed the ethnicity of the DNA left behind. That would help narrow it down.

I honestly don't know, if it's true there were signs of sexual abuse I'm leaning towards the father or brother.

That's the part that is throwing me for a loop. They have technology now where they can test DNA and find out someone ethnicity, eye color etc. also you could put this DNA in ancestry.com and it would pull up family matches thus narrowing the suspects. Something is fishy here.

I saw a show once that postulated that her mom "accidently" killed her because she hit her and then jonbenet fell and hit her head on a sink. The mom hit jonbenet because jonbenet peed her pants or something. I think the brother did it though and the parents, especially the mom, helped covered it up.

I saw that too and it appeared to be a fairly lucid explanation of what happened fitting in with the timeline and events.

Later I saw a film that indicated she had stun gun punctures on her neck and the window in the basement was insecure so someone from outside could have gotten in and did it.

But the ransom note indicated family complicity IMO.

I find it really interesting too. If you watch patsy Ramsey in the police interview she was very dominant and aggressive. I wasn't expecting that and johns first daughter died in a cAr wreck also. It still strikes me odd that's patsy Ramsey's handwriting matched the ransom letter too. How do you explain that?

if you read the link, it looks like right after his wife's death, 2006 and the new woman he met, after had lost her daughter (Holloway) in 2005.

so they might have been very compassionate together and consuled together, because both have experienced deep tragedy. However, he ended up marrying someone else.....I guess when they were both not in deep grief because he married someone else in 2011.

I have a big problem with the attitude of both the Ramseys and the Mccanns (the other big case of the little vanished Maddie Mccan): I have never seen both the parents crying. Kate Mccan "cried" a couple of times on TV but to me it looked like an act. Same thing with Patsy. I remember an Interview where John Benet said that he never saw Patsy crying ever except when she was diagnosed with cancer.

How can any parent even talk about their dead or missed child without bursting in tears? Not even once?!

As for the murder, well it was either a family thing or the Ramseys could have been involved in some cruel child molesting rich man's party scene and it was a cover up.
