i just broke up with my gf but i miss her already

Nope! Don't do it! That would equate to leading her on 🙄🤦 Deal with your "loss of emotion" and allow her to move on. She could probably care less about how you FEEL / what you're going through when SHE PROBABLY FEELS WORST.

Well. There was a lack of emotional feeling. There was no passion or drama. So you didn't feel anything
When you break up with someone. It's often nerve wracking ...or emotional. It brings back the passion a little ....it reminds you that you used to feel things around this person because you are feeling things now ..even if it's guilt etc.
So that is maybe a part of it?
Breaking up is emotional .....it is probably the first time you 'felt' anything around her for a while.
Also now ....in your mind she is definitely in your future And you are adjusting to that. Whereas before even if you didn't feel anything ...she was always there ...who knew what could happen.
Now its definite.
And now you miss the old her ..or the old relationship ..and not having her ...
Plus its easy to remember what you like about someone when they are not there. "positivity bias,"click to expand
