I am wondering ..these are the people i want to be hanging with in future ...No more man or woman babies as dates or friends.
Indications:
Observant
Self control
Good listener
High intuition
Highly intelligent(book smart, street smart, people smart)
Just to name a few

People aware of emotional information. But then also the moral quality of using this for good and not bad. Caring ...along with the skill 🙂 And emotionally mature too 🙂

I don't unfortunately right now.
I hope i am not bragging ..but it's like I feel I have a lot of this. And i feel others around me are blind. Or one on one they end up crying over my shoulder ....
I do have some peeps i would consider have a high EQ but I would like to befriend more.

Yeah. I think I felt responsible for a lot of people previously. I tended to encounter a lot of people going through crisis and find myself in the caring mode.
I found myself a beacon for the emotionally blind. I am not bragging it's true.
I think aswell hanging with these peeps you develop more of this yourself.

Well, it's not easy. High EQ people usually loner and not open to everyone. Just because you may be one, doesn't mean others keen for your company. Altough those people are giver and sharing they also very fussy whom they let close.
They are very good in reading and monitoring others.
High EQ means having healthy, reasonable emotional responses and knowing your strenghts and weaknesses. To conclude, being a huge bundle of feelz does not indicate a high EQ.

I can see that no everyone has it.
In reality you feel like you understand people so well but they don’t understand you.

Basically men in their mid 30s and above
I have emotional intelligence and it has helped me and others out heaps, I’m always breaking up fights and helping resolve conflicts and comforting people during the worst times by giving them clarity.
Mind you having said that I have very little emotional management skills and I have anger issues that get triggered when I’m stressed and cornered because I get very claustrophobic in heated situations.

Anger issues have many reasons. I think, You feel cornered but stressed because you see the outcome of situations and you know that is not you, whom not let it resolve it. That is most probably the reason you respond that way.

Oh it’s from bottling my feelings up a lot when I was in my 20s, when I lash out and go crazy I get this overwhelming, alienating feeling and I feel scared afterwards, it’s the flight or fight response and it’s really hard to manage those types of feelings for me because I hate talking about that shit to people, I’m not ashamed about a lot of things and I’m quite transparent but when it comes to that shit my natural reaction is to bottle it up.
Luckily it only comes out when I’m literally cornered and have no where to run to like if I’m in a car or in a room where someone is blocking the exit.
