I'm not sure yet, too lazy to research, too dumb to figure it out on my own. Maybe it's a separate category on its own.

There's finite, there's infinite and then there's zero

Can't wrap my mind around it

lol I'm so bad at math it's become some kind of incomprehensible magic to me.

*head explodes*

This is still beginner math.

Doesn't make you any less impressive, or does it?

I just want you to be well educated cloudy. I thought we were working on your homework. If I'm trying to impress someone I pull out sigma notation because it looks alien. But god no, my knowledge of math nomenclature is not impressive.

It's summer break. I don't have math homework.

And our educational system doesn't concern itself with such questions and their answers. It's just cramming and immediately forgetting everything we've learned.

I was looking for philosophical answers (not trying to devalue your concise responses, of course). My education is a lost cause. But thanks nevertheless, I appreciate the concern.

They did teach us philosophy last year. It's a great subject. Reading your post reminded me of Zeno's arrow paradox

love Zeno's Achilles paradox and that's probably the first real attempt to grapple philosophically with the real world implications of the concept of infinity....

I'm honored to have known such a stellar Virgo scholar

Thought you were actually interested in being intelligent. My mistake. Won't happen again ?

Why are you so smart but still believe in Astrobullshit.

Not trolling just curious as how you can make the leap from math to something with no basis in truth at all.

Honestly these are just fundamentals. I barely know anything. The only reason I got into math was because I dated a math professor lol. Astro just speaks to me.

Whoa you dated a teacher. That's my dream in life. How old was he? Is that the Pluto in Virgo guy

Tech industry you say. Consultant you say. Your posting history can be pretty compromising. The exchanges with Freetobe especially. Are you browsing with tor

Zero is different from normal whole numbers, fractions, rationale numbers, etc. in that it is both a number and a concept at the same time. It is the value of nothing, so in some ways could be desribed as the opposite of finite concepts and infinity.

wut. how so? I'm all ears.

have no idea what you mean, especially with regards to freetobe which was ages ago, and I've turned over a new leaf since. I don't think I even used profanity once in that exchange. was gaslighting at worst. I know for a fact moderators watched that exchange very closely and I didn't even get suspended.

stop scaring me. no I don't use tor but I take precautions.

So you were careful. I wasn't watching the thread closely so those are all presumptions. It's just your reluctance to post on nikkistar's thread that intrigued me

Lol @ scaring you. You're the scariest thing out there

This is what I was looking for.

One step at a time

yeah, whole different category with what DJ and nikki were getting into, and from my limited understanding of defamation, they were both probably putting themselves at a bit of risk there if either party wanted to really pursue it...more than I'd be willing to take over a dxp grudge match.

as far as being scary, not sure what you mean....Though admittedly I can get a little too attached and want to see things through to the end once I've found a new friend to play with, I've always seen myself as one of the good guys...
