Some dumb art students decided they would run an experiment and leave the fate of a goat up to the internet. So far, the votes to kill it are higher than the votes to save it.

If you have free time, go to the link below and click 'nein' to say no to killing it. I can't stop you from click 'ja', though, so if you really want to do that, go ahead.

Even though goats and other animals are killed all the time, if they're leaving the decision up to us, then I'd like to see it saved.

Sorry if this seems like useless spam, I just feel strongly about this type of stuff. And hey, if you do, too, you can vote more than once. Just letting you know.

I appreciate, in advance, any help from you guys. : )

Really doesn't surprise me. Morbid curiosity.

But a distinct lack of intelligence is evident here. Google is your friend. Even for sick shit. They could look at thousands of animals being slaughtered if they want.

Unless it's live? Either way it would make no difference.

DISCLAIMER: I'm not justifying what they're doing.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the guillotine built for a painless beheading? Of course, we'll never know if it's painless. 😛 It COULD be worse.

Y'know, like torturing it first.

Yeah, that's true, it would be less painless for the goat. I'm sure there would have been a whole lot more pressure on them to not go through with it if it were more torturous, though, which would have defeated the purpose of their 'experiment'

Here's the article if you guys want to understand this better:

The no votes are now out numbering the yes votes! : )

I got in on this when there was over a 10,000 vote difference, so this makes me really happy. I hope it can stay this way for the next 18 days (when the voting will be over).

It's not over yet, though, so keep voting, guys. : )

Or not... Yea I'll do that once the goat gets actually saved.... Is it more like a test to see if humanity still exists?

It's probably something like that.
Though, in the end, we're not even really sure if these students are doing it for any other reason than 'just for fun'. There was probably more information in the video on the article page, but unfortunately, I do not speak German,so who knows.
They may explain it more when the voting is over with.

@iwin, good, the site should have bad reputation. : (
