I kind of do miss the old Branh. the old branh had ideas visions and some solid arguments about the things he stood for. He was also very easy to hate because he was a complete and utter jackass.But that was what made him special.

Naturally I don't take many things very seriously/personally....but especially since I've been in customer service. Now I just laugh and shrug off everything. That's why I'm like "fuck you," followed by a 🙂

I've always smiled/laughed in confrontations. But it's so worse now.
I guess that's what really pisses people off about me. If it's getting to me, you really can't tell, I come off like it's a game to me. (Secretly though I'm rather tender.)

I would probably be in jail if I still did customer service. You don't realize the sense of entitlement so many ppl have until you work in CS.

YES haha, just this morning, I had a very bad actor demanding a refund for his room because he found a used condom between his bed and the wall...he said fluids got on his hand and he could have gotten aids, but luckily there's no cuts on his hand right now. :/ I said oh my gosh, I'm so sorry. But I knew he was a con artist - it was very obvious.

The last people that stay in the room was an old lady and her grandchildren...a week ago. 🙂
I made sure to tell him how bizarre that was considering if there was really a condom that went unnoticed, it was still wet, a week from the last person staying in there.

Briana, I was at a hotel when some guy entered our room with a key!they messed up thinking our room was vacant and gave him a copy of our key. I went to the front desk and he had the nerve to think a amere apology and "sorry for your inconvenience" would suffice. I raised all hell and got a refund plus a free room from the manager, but I ended up leaving of course.

True that's happened here before. Our housekeeping supervisor was gone, and the housekeepers were all fucking off and putting rooms as vacant in the system when they weren't, like not paying attention & it let me check someone into and occupied room. The lady was in the bathroom and heard the people come in. I had both of them at the FD within minutes screaming at me. :/ I didn't know what to say........lol

She's a cancer, so yeah she can be a bit of a drama queen at times - aka she attracts the attention she gets.
But you were straight- up cruel to her, and it took me by surprise, because I had always remembered you a lot kinder. You were always blunt, but not so cutting and nasty as you are now IMO. (then again, like I said, I wasn't around much I could be wrong)

Also, let me clear something up: I didn't like/dislike her at the time either. I hardly knew who she was.
