The Meaning of Life.....
Life has no meaning it just is.
My personal thoughts .....heaven and hell are on this earth and in us, it is the yin and yang of life. We are guided by a force that lives in us ...not something out there above us. We have been given free will to rectify our karma past and learn lessons, the reason for trials and tribulations. It is up to us whether we learn or continue to be taught the lesson over again until we complete that karma pattern. It is the reason why individuals show up in our life, to help finish the lesson or karma pattern. I also think when 2012 hits we will be surprised that it is just like another day. As humans we have to build excitment, suspense of the unknown, some big change. I do agree the change is going to happen ....matter of fact it is already happening. Think about it......you know you yourself are questioning your purpose, existence, and the meaning of life.

There is no meaning to life ... this is just an illusion.
To associate life with this physical existence .. is the only thing that keeps you reincarnating. There is only one lesson .. it is to realize that material doesnt' matter, not even your physical body.

For me the meaning of life is finding happiness. Being happy with your life when you are on your death bed, for me that's what matters most.

For me the meaning of life is finding happiness. Being happy with your life when you are on your death bed, for me that's what matters most.
I think that is true .....happiness is very subjective. Some find happiness shopping for Gucci ....and than there are those that find happiness watching a sunset. To me .......watching the sunset is really living. It is about experiences .....things of this world in the end mean nothing......Gucci will run its course in fashion and there will be something new ......however a sunset .....always consistant. 🙂

After all the meaning is so subjective and relative from the viewers perspective. Thought this thread would be fun.....there is no right or wrong answer because after all we are individuals on our own journey. The recession did not happen by accident, it is part of this lesson, forcing us to dig in deeper and to find out what we are made of. Also forcing truths to be told. No more corrupt corporations, big banks, and politicians. They are all loosing their power day by day.
Love .......well this a subject that continues to mystify me. I used to think about finding love within someone else, but the truth be known, I believe the biggest lesson in life is learning to love ourselves. Once we got that mastered than we project love all around us. I don't think love was meant to be just between one man and one woman. If you think about it, if we pledged our devoted love to one person, how in the world could we be loving to others. I find this kind of love a bit stifling and in my opinion romantic love is very self-serving and obessive and can lead to unhealthy views of ourselv. Look at us on here .......we come on these boards to talk about love. lol I am learning to find love in my work which reflects my love of humanity. I feel most happy when I am not romantically in love.
