This Decade in Music

So far, this decade has been very solid. So many great songs produced. I would like to say that it began in 2009 with Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift hitting the charts. Then Bruno Mars joined them in the following year. His creativity was sustained and so many more hit songs were produced.

Then Cristina Perri made A Thousand Years possible in '11. Pink produced two more good songs in '13 and '17.

Ed Sheeran took the spotlight in '14 and then sustained his creativity in the next few years. Charlie Puth broke out the following year, along with Jason Derulo.

Rachel Platten also made great songs in the same year. Chainsmokers became a hot topic in '16. Lany chilled us all with their music the next year. Camilla Cabello danced with us late last year.

And who could ever forget Carly Rae Jepsen, Maroon 5, Clean Bandit, Nikki Minaj and so many more?
