Earl Grey Tea

I love fancy bone China tea cups and tea pots. Earl grey is good I like teadrop lavender grey. I don't know if they have it in your country but it's earl grey and lavender. So good.

Oh that sounds good. Never seen it here, but I can make some as I grow lavender

Thank you Leo 😊

If you wrap fresh lavender in a muslin cloth and place it with Loose earl grey in glass jar, the tea taste the same.

Do can you do the same with orange rind, tea tastes like lady grey.

I have tried lemon this way too, with black loose tea, without milk is better 😉

My mum used to make masala chai and chai latte way before it was introduced in Starbucks. 🙂

Oh my I get obsessed with chai latte in the autumn.

Do you have a good recipe for the spice blend?

I'll tell the way my mum taught me to make it.

The below stuff is for 5 6 days

2inch cinnamon stick- make sure it's not cassia bark,

6 peppercorns

8 cloves - make it 10 if you like it sweet smelling, like Xmas candles

and 6 full cardamom pods - crack them open at home, seeds are pretty fragrant less on there own.

Take all above in a small saucepan and roast over medium heat, shaking the pan occasionally, until fragrant, 3 to 4 minutes.

I usually grind the above toasted spices in pestel and mortar, store them in fridge.

Making tea base -

Take 1/5 of the above spice blend, heat it lightly and

In another pan boil water, add 1/2 incur peeled and chopped ginger, simmer it for 5 mins, add the loose tea and the 1/5 spice blend, cover and let it steep.

Loose tea - Ceylon or Assam is best.

I personally prefer Assam as it's malty and goes well with the earthy tones of ginger and clove sweetness.

When the tea is steeping, froth the milk. If you have espresso machine, great. If not, using immersion blender in boiling milk give a similar effect.

Strain the tea base, add milk, sprinkle cinnamon sprinkles and if you fancy some ginger crystals 😉

Let me know if you try it xx

God I want one now!

Do you get really piss off when you do?

Try maple syrup to sweeten it.

Traditionally they use brown sugar, but it prefer maple syrup.

myself

Do you have strong first house placements?

no but my sun is in the 5th house

I see. So you obsess about how you look or how much fun to have?

well i just cant help being weird and unique and it gets me attention which feeds my ego or whatever it is

so i am constantly aware of this in public, i feel like i have an aura over me everywhere i go (sounds hilariously arrogant i know)

its an obsession in the way that i dont have to put much effort into what i do to have fun but im constantly aware and its just a perpetuating energy

Oh, I know exactly what you mean! Believe me. I wonder what placements make you to have that aura you are mentioning.

Mine are Uranus and Pluto in first. It has a weird mixture that people in rl notice.
