What is your fav alcoholic beverage and c.o.c.k.t.a.i.l.s?

For me I'll have to say I'm a whisky kind of gal... Which whiskies:

- Markers Mark Bourbon

- Jack Daniels

- Johnny Walker...

Fav c.o.c.k.t.a.i.l.s:

- Whiskey sour

- Martinis

- Mojitos...

I only *very rarely* drink. Liquor maybe a couple of times a year.

If I'm out with the guys, sometimes I'll spring for a beer, usually Stella, Corona, or a good local brew. I like a good cider as well – can't be too picky here because a lot of places only have Strongbow, which is better than nothing.

When I do enjoy wine, it's usually white, French or Italian. Portuguese wine usually tastes like it was someone's first week of wine-making class, but some of it is surprisingly drinkable. German wine is decent, no complaints. I'll do a red of any stripe, actually, but not as often.

When it comes to liquor, it's only scotch, neat or on the rocks. Unmixed. You don't mix good scotch with anything.

During Christmas I'll have my dessert liqueur (usually Bailey's) with my movie – White Christmas. Every year, no exceptions. I'm ALL about Christmas tradition, and I'm pretty tight about my drink and my movie on Christmas Eve. My family and I have Christmas Eve, not Christmas Day. I know mangiacakes have both, but the following day is really for visiting family and eating. 😉

I'll drink pretty much anything. I actually spent an entire year getting paid for drinking (believe it or not) These days I rarely drink though, but when I do its mostly Belgian ale/beers, Duvel, Tripel Karmeliet, Affligem, etc. Belgian beer is the best in the world and I'm lucky enough to live in the neighbouring country, which also produces quality beer (the Netherlands)
