What is your favourite language? Mine is German (unusual, I know!) It may not be fluid but it is a language of great strength and power: to think in German must strengthen the mind I think, witness that there have been so many German philosophers, scientists, intellectuals, etc.

Guten Morgen! Wie geht es Ihnen?

I was taking German lessons earlier this year. I actually like it.
It sounds like choppy English that I can't understand.

Mais, j'aime du fran?ais. I just love the way it sounds and feels when I speak it.
I'm not as fluent as I could be, I need more practice.

Hey cro-people, I have a question for you..Im booking a holiday to Croatia or Portugal for next week, the plan is to stay for at least 1 week, I want sun, beach and lots of archaeological/historical places, as such Im sure Pula is probably one of the best choices, but Dubrovnik seems alright too, what do you recommend?

hehh, well my "fanatic of the occult" side tells me chances are big those are really pyramids, though as a scientist I'd have to suscribe to the research that has been done so far and as far as I remember it hasnt been conclusive enough to say it is a pyramid 😛 (or maybe Im not updated enough..(

Thanks @ Nemesis. Though I sure hope I don't meet anyone because I'm bringing a date, it would be inappropriate...kind of 😛

Btw what are you doing for this summer... or maybe I should ask, what have you done?

There is only one language called arabic, even though each arabic-speaking country has its own "dialect" of it, it still is Arabic. I think you're referring to "Middle-Eastern" languages? as in not only Arabic but also Persian (Farzi) Turkish, Dari, Hebbrew or Urdu?
