Everything is included in one monthly fee- electricity, heat, water, cable, internet, and two carport spaces. That's why my apartment is set at 72 degrees and my outdoor lights are on dusk to dawn every night. That's over 12 hours. I heard "she" is not what she pretends, apparently gemitati is actually a very handsome 42 years old millionaire trying to protect his private life with a fake persona. Very good looking modelesque guy if i believe the p icture I have seen, pretty much robert redford in his prime.
I heard he's also a philantropist and always looking for gifted young people to propel through life. Golden teenagers. He has a fascination for brilliant minds, but you'd have to work hard to prove your worth.
I'd say that's a mysterious man worth obsessing over.
Of course "she" will protest that she is not all that but just an old woman, and the less perseverant youth would stop at that and lose this opportunity.
