Insecure women fake orgasms, imo. And those who don't know their own bodies well enough.
Most of my partners, except for my longest relationship, had a sex drive equal to mine, so I can only assume they did not waste their time faking orgasms with me. And those times they did not come, there was no intent from their side to try and hide it either. 🙂

I think this is more a matter of comfort than anything else.
Also, if you seriously have never had an orgasm you need to fucking take control. That is not acceptable.
First - many women are so desperate to be loved that to be in a naked, intimate situation with the man she has decided she is going to make him love her ... she is too emotionally bound to be present enough during a sex session to be free to experience. These women have not stopped calculating at this time. It's like she is able to forget her quest of making this man love her, so she can enjoy love making with him.
This is something that most women, and all men don't realize. Just look in here at the women who destroy the natural progress of the development of a relationship by her smothering the fuck out of what feelings were there. This is the same with sex - the female sexuality is tied to her feelings, so when she is engaging in sex with a guy, this intenseness to MAKE him fall in love with her is ALWAYS hanging in the balance.
She is too involved with her own feelings to enjoy the experience ....
Second - in most women who cannot orgasm from intercourse, it's because their g-spot is recessed back into her vaginal folds. Typically, the Spot is similar to the clit or penis, in that it retracts when asleep and swells when aroused. So, when aroused, it's easy enough for the penis to find. However, the vagina is a series of folds, and many Spots are recessed in, and even when excited, it doesn't poke out enough for a penis to hit it.
It's simple to find, if you know how, no matter how far inside a fold it sits ... it will take awhile because you have to search, but, if you know what you're doing, if you know what you are looking for - it's there. A woman isn't born without it.
