I know plenty of Sag moon attracted to Aqua moon. I, myself, attract Sag moon men and women. My Sag moon bro married an Aqua moon woman. My bestie is Sag moon.

Well my only experience is the “friends first” Libra.. he felt detached to me so I wasn’t willing to thaw out.. great friend material though. Maybe another would be different..

Dated one and his moon was Conjunct my sun so was pretty intense. May have been other things in his chart—- he was a cancer sun so emotions never an issue lol if anything it helped make him not so emo.
