I second When Harry Met Sally and Grease!

Define "classics..?"

I would say any movie that you could see...now ...or 20 years from now and it would still be relevant

for example in my list ...I chose the dark knight....batman has been out in comics since 1939 ..I believe that the characters will be relevant 20 years from now another example is ..the goonies or the little mermaid ......they came out in the 80s but is still in enjoyed today ...almost 30 years later.. by first time movie watchers

@Sultrykitty Everything you listed I LOVE, but I literally just watched Rear Window for third time last week πŸ˜†

I so love that movie...did you recognize that Disturbia is a modern remake?

I have no idea what happened to my post. I yried to edit it to laugh at what it did to Alfred Hitchcock name (I forget about the filter) and my list was reduced to 1.

Thank goodness that @Kilgoreredux quoted me because I can't seem to edit it back. 😒

πŸ˜† I can' t get a handle on quoting either- system or meh I cannot tell @_@

Worked this time 😎

Yeh well I heard / saw the similarities but I think essentially in terms of copy write they ruled it wasn't a remake ... although it seems fairly apparent even with Shia Laboofhead the comparisons are marked:

I'm not sure intentional - the modern spin is undeniable and I thought quite good did you?

It's one of those movies that will change forever your way of looking at other flicks as well.

Once you see it for the first time and recognize the brilliance of it, suddenly, you just appreciate people's qualities so much more.

It lifts your spirit.
