What transits influence Music?

What made the 80s 80s or the 90s 90s?

I like to think about the Pluto generations. Obviously there are a lot of other factors, and the other outer planets play a role in greater trends, but I do think Pluto plays a role in generational trends.

- Early 90s grunge, trip hop and golden era hip hop occurred when Pluto was sitting in Scorpio, by the Pluto in Libra generation, which made sense because it blended darker themes/ideas with aesthetically pleasing sounds -- which is prob why it's my favorite musical era.

- Early 80s new-wave and electronic music was made by Pluto in Virgo generation while Pluto was in Libra. The P in Virgo's technical approach (they also launched computers) while Pluto was in Libra ("everything is great!" era) makes sense when you listen to it.

- Trap Rap has became mainstream while Pluto is in Capricorn, and made by natives who grew up from the Pluto in Scorpio generation. Makes sense because it's anti-feeling, dark and overly automated.

- Pluto in Cancer generally stuck to safer/traditional sounds imo, while Pluto in Leo was the first daring musical generation that took risks and openly expressed themselves (Beatles, Hendrix etc), which made them gods of the era.

- Some of the Pluto in Sag generation is getting famous now, and they're pretty natural at expressing themselves. I don't think they dig as deeply into their influences though.
