?But I do want to know what tactics and strategies you've been using to prevent us from meeting.?
well, still developing. nothing looks promising so far... the earth will explode, we're all gonna die... sad, sad... but hey, at least we'd have a lot of fun first!
"I do speak French...conversational french that is. I took four years in High School and a couple of classes in College. I lived in Italy for 6 months, so I can speak a little Italian (better french), but I'm not fluent."
"Gosh, could you imagine if we actually met in person one day. I would either burst into tears, laugh hysterically, or scream my head off out of such excitement. I dunno if I could take it. It would be a powerful thing."
you wouldn't get the chance to make an ass of yourself, i'm afraid! the universe would instantly explode, if we ever met.... did i mention that already—?
"I wake up and rush to work every morning, just so that I can read the "nice little post waiting for you when you get to work and sign in!" I'm crazy about you...just so you know. I can say things like that, cuz we are a safe distance from one another."
now, this is serious. i hope you won't get in trouble over this, i.e. (car) accident on the way to work, or trouble at work... take care, please!
yes...yes you do suck for being in a relationship!
Da Vinci code is AMAZING! Make sure you read Angels and Demons, Digital Fortress, and there was a fourth book he wrote, but I can't remember the name of it. Either way, that one was also great...read it!
Your traveling experiences makes me want you even more! You seem like the outdoorsy type...love it...love it...now I'm jealous! ugh!
"now, this is serious. i hope you won't get in trouble over this, i.e. (car) accident on the way to work, or trouble at work... take care, please!" are you being sarcastic?...I'm crazy about you, yes...but I'm not crazy (well...maybe just a little), and you are in fairyland, so I can't get too excited!
""now, this is serious. i hope you won't get in trouble over this, i.e. (car) accident on the way to work, or trouble at work... take care, please!" are you being sarcastic?...I'm crazy about you, yes...but I'm not crazy (well...maybe just a little), and you are in fairyland, so I can't get too excited!"
nonono! not being sarcastic! but feel better now...
but what i don't get is... if you got aries, your must be after someone who is even more a daredevil than me... and i thought i was being horrible!?!?!?
That's the thing, though...you aren't being horrible at all. I love the fact that you say what comes to mind. Your straightforwardness is inextricably attractive. It really is, and I can't resist it. I've always been attractive to those types of peopls. Don't really know what it is, but someone who is nice, and tries not to cause any hostility is boring! I want someone who can argue and go toe-to-toe w/ me, and vice versa.
"I've always been attractive to those types of peopls."
d'you mean, "been attractive to" or "been attracted to"? both would make sense because you are very attractive to me = i find you very attractive, and you feel attracted to me, too, i hope!? hehe... well, just a thought, not really important. i know exactly what you mean and i like it!
"I did read what people were saying about leo's. But you know and I know the truth!"
this sounds like you didn't like what you read there. well, read again! they were jokey jokey, but in fact they said that they loved and respected leos! cancerlady confessed that she loved leo men, especially their penices, and that wasn't a joke, i'm afraid!!! scary woman, but i like her... one leo-girl said that leos weren't that bad, only a bit stubborn. what you say—
?Gosh, could you imagine if we actually met in person one day. I would either burst into tears, laugh hysterically, or scream my head off out of such excitement. I dunno if I could take it. It would be a powerful thing.?
i probably wouldn?t be able to resist and give you an everlasting french kiss! ugh, how romantic! not even having said ?hello?, i?d stick my tongue in your mouth... yuk, men are useless!!!
but seriously, it would be a powerful thing, and i?m really not sure if i could resist you and not give you a kiss straight away. it would be a very tender and sensual kiss though. and i would want it to last forever. but it would certainly involve my tongue, and hopefully yours, too. aaaaarg, lets not meet in person!
"it would be a very tender and sensual kiss though. and i would want it to last forever. but it would certainly involve my tongue, and hopefully yours, too."
more like: ?a canon/round - two melodies playfully chasing each other up and down...?
truthseeker, when you arrive at work i'll be long gone. i'm on the road this weekend and will leave work earlier today. what do you call it, when you're going to see your old school mates again, a reunion— anyway, we have a nice lil party planed over the weekend! hm, really miss you! but i guess a break will do both of us good, yes? still miss you...
I had an appt. this morning, so I just got in. "i?m really not sure if i could resist you and not give you a kiss straight away. it would be a very tender and sensual kiss though. and i would want it to last forever." mmmm...tasty! You wouldn't be able to resist giving me a kiss...I wouldn't allow you to resist! It's funny, I think the same thing...
"The lioness and the scoprio met on a dark, rainy night in Germany. The street was lit with enchanting colors and the moon was as bright as her smile. There was a crowd of people standing in their path to each other, but neither of them noticed. The two were hypnotized by the sparks in each others' eyes. The gravity between them was intense, pulling their minds, bodies and souls to a place of ectasy. They arrived, standing on that colorful street. The crowd wondered what mystery lies underneath the energies both possessed...''it's enough to light a fire,' one person said. He looked at her with his piercing brown eyes, pulled her face to his, and gently pressed his soft lips to hers. The two kissed for the first time, which to the lion, felt so wonderfully familiar. His venom was as sweet as her lips. The kiss was eternal. He grasped her in his arms. They held each other for a time, and walked away from the crowd that awed, hand in hand!" You know...something like that!
... is that really on your mind!? truthseeker, you're magic!!!
good morning and how was your weekend?
see the difference? we both think the same thing but i only tell you how much i want you, and you turn it into beauty... your alluring story sucked me right in and i couldn?t escape!
"... on a dark, rainy night... " suits me, being a scorpio, hehe... besides what else can a couple do on a dark, rainy night, than get a room and spend the night in a big, cozy bed surrounded by candles... erm... watching a football game of course!!! i stop now...
"... but neither of them noticed." (the people around) EXACTLY!!!
"Sylphs are elemental spirits of air. Their name comes from the Greek silphe, meaning "butterfly" or "moth." They often appear as bird-winged faeries and according to mythology, tend to shy away from humans, preferring to live alone on remote mountaintops, where they can fly with the birds. They tend to be mercurial loners. As a guide, they help us find inspiration and creativity."
the parts i like:
"butterfly", "bird-winged faeries", "As a guide, they help us find inspiration and creativity."
from pictures i saw of sylphs i take it that they are: female, delicate, beautiful, alluring, supernatural...
the part i don't like:
"... tend to shy away from humans, preferring to live alone on remote mountaintops, where they can fly with the birds. They tend to be mercurial loners."
but since "preferring to live alone" isn't you anyway, it's ok!
do you sometimes think about what people think when they read our posts? must be really weird for 'outsiders' to read what we produce...
or, if someone reads the 'tales of fairyland' in say five or ten years time. what would they think... or feel—??
or even, if our posts were still stored somewhere in a 1000 years or more and aliens landed on earth and read about "the lioness and the scorpio on a dark, rainy night in a big, cozy bed surrounded by candles..."— ... hm...!?
?I do speak French...conversational french that is. I took four years in High School and a couple of classes in College. I lived in Italy for 6 months, so I can speak a little Italian (better french), but I'm not fluent.?
i said that already, but i?m really impressed by that, by your education, your plans (master, working for a non-profit etc.), your whole way of thinking and your curiosity about the world! the first thing that amazed me about you was how ?different? you came across!
?Your english is very good...probably better than most english speaking natives.?
thank you very much! always at your service! *bows down submissively*
where in italy did you spend the 6 months— were you studying there? when was that?
Good morning. How are you? How was your reunion? Hope you had a great time! I went home this weekend (I'm originally from Pennsylvania), spent time w/ some family and had an amazing time! As far as chillin' in our romantic bedroom suite, watching football, did you mean soccer or American football...I like both! Huge fan of Gabriel Batistuta...eventhough he's old, now!
Am I a sylph...wow...I kind of like their description, but I don't know. It sounds fun and exciting...a great profession! Let's pretend that I am for the day. I can fly around, dropping fairy dust on the heads of all...especially you. Missed you, too.
I would like to think that if everyone and their moms are reading out posts...they would definitely feel like they are in fairyland. I dunno what it is about you, but you make fantasize, a lot. You allow my dreams to be a bit more...ideal! you inspire me to write, BUT, most imporantly, you inspire me to ask questions. I LOVE THAT!! ugh...I wish it was dark and rainy right now....
"the first thing that amazed me about you was how ?different? you came across!" There are so many ways of saying "different." "You walk to the beat of your own drum." ""runt of the litter." "In her own world." blah..blah..blah! Just curious what you meant by that. A lot of people say that about me. Sometimes they mean it in a good way...sometimes not.
i mean "different" in the most negative way possible of course, hehe....
different = "You walk to the beat of your own drum."
absolutely unpredictable!!! but still well grounded, true to yourself! this is a contradiction really, because if you're true to yourself you start being predictable, but you manage both at the same time! crazy! makes you soooooo exiting!
"true to yourself!" That means a lot to me, coming from you. It's a constant struggle...remaining true to oneself (remember, that's my goal in life). But as far managing both at the same time, I dunno. I have a lot of questions to ask about a lot of things, in general. I've always been that way. I'm really that curious to know...so it's not something I have to manage (being true and unpredictable).
I don't really know what other people say about me. But my family, they think I'm weird (in a good way). You know the saying, "God watches over fools and babies," well, I'm the baby in the family. But sometimes, my family wonders if God watches over me because I'm a fool or the baby. It's actually quite amusing! My mom will say things to me like..."If you go to live in Sudan, I can see the headline in the paper "Tracey Rogers was kidnapped in Sudan and is being held hostage." But then, in an interview about the kidnapping, she would say "Don't worry...she'll be ok. She'll get out on her own at some point."
My dad...well, of course I'm his little girl, and his only child (My sisters have the same father, but different from me). But my dad is a bit of mystic, which is why we have such an intense bond! But he will say things like "You know kid, I can't give you all the answers...something tells me you already know them." So, I dunno if that gives you a bit more insight. As far as friends...they are friends...the saying "still waters run deep" is as true for you as it is for me, but my friends don't know that, and that's OK. I'd rather keep my intermost thoughts private, anyway...except w/ you. How about you?
"You know kid, I can't give you all the answers...something tells me you already know them."
did you notice how i stopped criticizing you on the 'how don't you fit your sign'-thread? at that point i didn't know how you really were and disagreed, not so much with the tings you said but with your attitude! but still i stopped criticizing because this is exactly what you get across!!! i thought this girl is so wrong but she really doesn't need me to tell her that! she'll find out on her own, making her own experiences. and i had absolutely no doubt about it. that?s why i could let go and concentrate on the more pleasurable things, hehe? i thought that you're not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them. and this i somehow knew long before you told me. besides i get the impression that you can sense the right answers, only need proof, validation, just to be sure = truthseeker!
as for me, i'm a straightforward and frank person in general, but the way i opened up to you is absolutely beyond comparison...
"besides i get the impression that you can sense the right answers, only need proof, validation, just to be sure = truthseeker!" It amazes me how insightful you are. Although I'm not validating what you said, it still amazes me that you can "know" me so well. It makes me wonder if I'm really that different because it just seems so easy for you to figure me out.
"I thought this girl is so wrong but she really doesn't need me to tell her that! she'll find out on her own, making her own experiences." I must admit, I think the only way to truly learn, understand, is through experience. I genuinely enjoy learning that way. Even though a painful lesson is painful during the process...it always leads me to more questions! But, I can't say that I "knowingly" allow for certain experiences...I mean, I know what's wrong and what I shouldn't do...but still do it anyway because I'm naive and stupid!
"at that point i didn't know how you really were and disagreed, not so much with the tings you said but with your attitude!" "i thought this girl is so wrong"...so does that mean that you never agreed w/ my attitude...why so?
""at that point i didn't know how you really were and disagreed, not so much with the tings you said but with your attitude!" "i thought this girl is so wrong"...so does that mean that you never agreed w/ my attitude...why so?"
at the very beginning i didn't know your motivation. i thought it was hidden selfishness. now i know (you)better and understand. i trust you!!! it all makes sense...
I got my first little fur ball in college. Most people dont know that rats are as intelligent as dogs, and they will bond with their owner. They are loyal fun loving, gentle little creatures for the most part, and do the funniest things. It is best to h
if you could take any two animals and splice their genes together in order to create the perfect pets, what would you chose and what traits would you want?
I have a golden retriever/chow mix named Lodi (after the CCR song, don't blame me, my parents named him), a siamese named Seymoure, and a calico named Zoey.
I love them! Has anyone ever had one? Know anything about them? Love them? Hate them? My old best friend had a black one named "Conan" (not pronounced like the late night host, but like the barbarian). He was the cutest thing you've ever seen; they
